With the retinue of vidyadhara dakinis in the form of embodiments, all root and lineage gurus, all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, all those with the form of embodiments, dissolve into the guru. Furthermore, all those who rely on, primarily the root guru, and all yidams, dakinis, and dharma protectors are gathered and dissolved into that. Namo! Orgyen Padma Rigdzin Thötreng Tsal! Out of compassion, you came here for the benefit of sentient beings, to liberate self and others from the suffering of samsara, and in this degenerate age, the end of time, through seeing, hearing, and remembering, immeasurable blessings arise. Therefore, for the sake of our supplication, please be seated on the lotus and moon seat on the crown of our heads. Maha Guru Vajra Thötreng Tsal! Vajra Samaya Ja! Abeshaya Ah Ah! All the wisdom beings filling the sky dissolve like water into water, becoming inseparable. My guru is the Buddha of the three times, the essence of all Buddhas of all directions and times, the master of all assemblies of mandalas, the embodiment of all Buddhas, the protector of all beings. In this life, the next life, and the bardo, whether high or low, Guru knows! Guru knows! I pray to the noble Guru Dharmakaya Buddha, bless me to dispel the darkness of ignorance! I pray to the Guru Sambhogakaya Buddha, bless me to generate samadhi in my mindstream! I pray to the Guru Nirmanakaya Buddha of compassion, bless me to generate experience and realization! I pray to the Guru Ocean of Buddhas, bless me to accomplish the benefit of self and others! I pray to the glorious Guru's body, bless me to ignite the bliss and warmth in my body! Grant me the siddhi of immortal life! I pray to the Guru's speech, bless me to ignite the power in my speech! Grant me the siddhi of Brahma's melody! I pray to the Guru's mind, bless me to generate realization in my mind! Grant me the siddhi of Mahamudra! I pray to the Great Compassionate Avalokiteśvara. I pray to the incarnate Padmasambhava. I pray to the eight Indian Vidyadharas. I pray to the goddess Mandarava. I pray to the Nepalese Shakya Devi. I pray to Machig Labdrön Yeshe Tsogyal. I pray to the eight Tibetan Vidyadharas. I pray to the twenty-five King and Subjects. I pray to the one hundred and eight Tertöns. I pray to the Tertön Ratna Lingpa. I pray to Gyalsé Tsewang Drakpa. I pray to the three fortunate individuals. I pray to the five wondrous and supreme sons. I pray to the five powerful individuals. I pray to the five sons of entrusted transmission. I pray to the five sons of heart-essence transmission. I pray to the five sons who uphold the mandala. I pray to the five sons of the Khyun lineage. I pray to the four close sons of the heart-essence. I pray to the eight sons who uphold the mandala. I pray to the thirteen great accomplished and realized ones. I pray to the twelve fortunate individuals. I pray to the fifteen fortunate Dharma lords. I pray to the twenty-five Dharma lords. I pray to the eighty fortunate ones. I pray to the lamas of the Terma lineage. I pray to the kind root lama. I pray to the peaceful and wrathful Yidam deities. I pray to the ocean of oath-bound Dharma protectors. Say this once, and then, for all sentient beings equal to the sky, pray to the lama, the compassionate incarnate body. Repeat this as many times as possible. Having prayed in this way, from the OṂ (藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：OṂ) at the guru's forehead, immeasurable white light of the nature of OṂ arises and dissolves into one's own forehead, filling the body with the nectar of deathless wisdom, and one attains the siddhi of the deathless life-essence body. From the Ā (藏文：ཨཱ，梵文天城体：आ，梵文罗马拟音：ā，汉语字面意思：Ā) at the guru's throat, countless red light of the nature of Ā arises and dissolves into one's own throat, filling all the channels with the nature of red and white bodhicitta, and one attains the siddhi of speech. From the HŪṂ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：HŪṂ) at the guru's heart, countless dark blue light of the nature of HŪṂ arises and dissolves into one's own heart, and the realization of freedom from elaboration dawns, and one attains the siddhi of the blessing of mind.
