The best is to be reborn in a pure realm, the intermediate is to be reborn in the pure heavenly realms, and even the worst is to be reborn as a human with Dharma. This is the command of Vajradhara, the secret words of the wisdom dakinis, do not be afraid, do not be scared, transfer upwards! If desired, at these times, clarify the above visualization.
