་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་རྒྱལ་བ་མི་འཁྲུགས་པ་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་དགྲ་བཅོམ་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀུན་རིག་རྣམ་པར་སྣང་མཛད་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །སྤྲོ་ན་རིགས་ལྔ་བརྗོད། །བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་དགྲ་བཅོམ་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་ངན་སོང་སྦྱོང་བའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་དགྲ་བཅོམ་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་རྒྱལ་མཆོག་རིན་ཆེན་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་དགྲ་བཅོམ་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་རི་དབང་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་དགྲ་བཅོམ་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་མེ་ཏོག་ཆེར་རྒྱས་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། ། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་དགྲ་བཅོམ་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་འོད་དཔག་ཏུ་མེད་པ་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །འདིར་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་མཚན་གང་ཤེས་བརྗོད་རུང་། དེ་ནས་རང་གི་དམིགས་པ་དང་བསྟུན་ནས། རང་གི་སྣ་བུག་གཡོན་ནས་དབྱངས་ཡིག་བཅུ་དྲུག་འཕྲོས། ཚེ་འདས་ཀྱི་སྣ་བུག་གཡོན་དུ་ཐིམ་པར་གྱུར། རྒྱས་པར་ན་དབྱངས་ཡིག་བརྗོད། རང་གི་ལག་གཡས་སྲིན་མཛུབ་ཀྱིས་སྣ་བུག་གཡས་བཀག་ལ་གཡོན་ནས་རླུང་བུས། རང་གི་སྣ་བུག་གཡས་ནས་གསལ་བྱེད་སུམ་ཅུ་འཕྲོས། ཚེ་འདས་ཀྱི་སྣ་བུག་གཡས་སུ་ཐིམ་པར་གྱུར་། རྒྱས་པར་ན་གསལ་བྱེད་བརྗོད། ལག་གཡོན་སྲིན་མཛུབ་ཀྱིས་སྣ་བུག་གཡོན་བཀག་ལ་གཡས་ནས་རླུང་བུས། རང་གི་སྣ་རྩེ་ནས་ཧཱུྃ་སྔོན་པོ་གཅིག་ཕྲི་ལི་ལི་འཕྲོས་ཏེ་ཚེ་འདས་ཀྱི་སྣ་སྒོར་ཐིམ། །དབྱངས་གསལ་ཧཱུྃ་རྣམས་སྙིང་གི་དཀྱིལ་དུ་ཐིམ་པས་བདག་གིས་ཅི་སྨྲས་པ་གོ་བར་གྱུར། ཧཱུྃ་ཞེས་སྣ་བུག་གཉིས་ནས་རླུང་རིང་བར་བུས། ཚེ་ལས་འདས་པའི་མ་དག་འཁོར་བའི་སྒོ་བརྒྱད་པོ་ཡི་གེ་ཧྲིདམར་པོར་རེ་རེས་བཀག་པར་གྱུར། བཱིཧཱིཧྲཱིཿ དེ་ནས་སྐད་ཆེ་ཆུང་རན་པས། འོ་ཚེ་ལས་འདས་པ་ཆེ་གེ་མོ་ཞེས་པ། དཔོན་དང་མི་ཆེན་ཡིན་ན་ཁྱེད་ཅེས་པའི་ཚིག་གང་འོས་དང་། ཕལ་པ་ཡིན་ནའང་ བཟང་མིང་ནས་ལན་གསུམ་བོས། འོ་ཚེ་ལས་འདས་པ་ཆེ་གེ་མོ་ཁྱོད་ཚེ་འདིའི་སྣང་བ་ནི་ནུབ། འཇིག་རྟེན་ཕྱི་མའི་སྣང་བ་མ་ཤར་བ། ལས་དགེ་སྡིག་དབང་གིས་གར་འགྲོ་ལ་ངེས་པ་མེད་པས༔ བར་དོ་དང་པོ་འཕོ་བ་བསྒོམ་པའི་སྐབས་སུ་བབ་པ་ཡིན་ནོ། །ཕ་གཅིག་དམ་པ་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་ཞལ་ནས། འཆི་བ་འཆི་བ་མ་ཡིན་ཏེ། རྣལ་འབྱོར་སངས་ཆུང་རྒྱ་བ་ཡིན། ཞེས་གསུངས

向圆满正等觉的胜者不动佛顶礼！向薄伽梵如来应供正等觉遍照一切者顶礼！如果想扩展，可以念诵五部种姓。向薄伽梵如来应供正等觉 очищающий дурные перерождения царь顶礼！向薄伽梵如来应供正等觉胜王宝顶礼！向薄伽梵如来应供正等觉山王顶礼！向薄伽梵如来应供正等觉大放光芒莲花顶礼！ 向薄伽梵如来应供正等觉无量光顶礼！这里可以念诵任何知道的佛号。然后根据自己的观想，从自己的左鼻孔发出十六个元音字母，融入亡者的左鼻孔。如果想扩展，可以念诵元音字母。用自己的右手食指堵住右鼻孔，从左鼻孔吹气。从自己的右鼻孔发出三十个辅音字母，融入亡者的右鼻孔。如果想扩展，可以念诵辅音字母。用左手食指堵住左鼻孔，从右鼻孔吹气。从自己的鼻尖发出一个蓝色的吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽），闪闪发光，融入亡者的鼻孔。 元音、辅音、吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）都融入心中的脉轮，这样我就能听到我说的话了。从两个鼻孔长长地吹出吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）的声音。用红色的舍（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍）字分别堵住亡者不净轮回的八个门。བཱིཧཱིཧྲཱིཿ 然后用适当的音量说：“哦，亡者某某”，如果是官员或大人物，就用合适的敬语，如果是普通人， 就叫他的名字三次。“哦，亡者某某，你此生的景象已经消失，来世的景象尚未显现，由于善恶业力的影响，你还不能确定去向，现在是进入第一个中阴，修持迁识的时候了。慈父圣者佛陀曾说过：死亡不是死亡，而是瑜伽士扩展觉悟的时刻。”

I prostrate to the Victorious Akshobhya Buddha, the Perfectly Complete Buddha! I prostrate to the Bhagavan, the Tathagata, the Arhat, the Perfectly Complete Buddha, the All-Knowing Vairochana! If you want to expand, you can recite the five families. I prostrate to the Bhagavan, the Tathagata, the Arhat, the Perfectly Complete Buddha, the King Who Purifies Bad Rebirths! I prostrate to the Bhagavan, the Tathagata, the Arhat, the Perfectly Complete Buddha, the Supreme Jewel King! I prostrate to the Bhagavan, the Tathagata, the Arhat, the Perfectly Complete Buddha, the Lord of Mountains! I prostrate to the Bhagavan, the Tathagata, the Arhat, the Perfectly Complete Buddha, the Greatly Blossoming Flower! I prostrate to the Bhagavan, the Tathagata, the Arhat, the Perfectly Complete Buddha, the Immeasurable Light! Here, you can recite any Buddha's name that you know. Then, according to your own visualization, emanate sixteen vowels from your left nostril and let them dissolve into the left nostril of the deceased. If you want to expand, you can recite the vowels. Block your right nostril with the ring finger of your right hand and blow air from the left nostril. Emanate thirty consonants from your right nostril and let them dissolve into the right nostril of the deceased. If you want to expand, you can recite the consonants. Block your left nostril with the ring finger of your left hand and blow air from the right nostril. Emanate one blue Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) from the tip of your nose, shimmering, and let it dissolve into the nostril of the deceased. The vowels, consonants, and Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) all dissolve into the center of the heart, so that I can be heard speaking. Blow a long breath of Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) from both nostrils. Let each of the eight doors of the impure cycle of the deceased be blocked by a red Hrīḥ (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍) syllable. བཱིཧཱིཧྲཱིཿ Then, in a voice that is neither too loud nor too soft, say, "Oh, deceased so-and-so," using the appropriate term of respect if they were an official or important person, or if they were an ordinary person, call their name three times. "Oh, deceased so-and-so, the appearances of this life have faded, and the appearances of the next life have not yet arisen. Because of the power of good and bad karma, you are not yet certain where you will go. Now is the time to enter the first bardo and practice transference. The holy father Buddha said: Death is not death, but the moment when a yogi expands awareness."
