Lord Naropa the Great said: Eight doors with windows of samsara, one door is the path of Mahamudra. Cut off the eight doors and open the one door. The meaning of what is said is: You who have transcended life, you old woman, you are now like a collapsing house. Before, the order of bindus, the white and red channels, the luminosity of the base, even if it appeared for a moment, you did not recognize it. Now, it is time for body and mind to separate. Below, there is something like a sky door. Below that is the path to the gate of hell. Don't go there, come up! The lower room has something like a window pointing downwards. That is the door to rebirth as an animal in the secret place. Don't go there, come up! The middle room has something like a window. That is the navel, the god of desire, the door to falling into the six realms of samsara. Don't go there, come up! The upper room has something like an open door. That is the path to rebirth as a hungry ghost. Don't go there, come up! The upper room has two small doors side by side. Those are the two nostrils, the path to rebirth as yakshas and humans. Don't go there, come up! The upper room has two windows that look like they are facing north. Those are the left and right ears, the door to rebirth as deaf-mutes and asuras. Don't go there, come up! On the east side of the upper floor, there are two things that look like open windows. Those are the two eyes, the door to rebirth as gods in the form realm and as a Chakravartin king. There is also the suffering of samsara there, so don't go there, come up! There is a small vent in the east. That is the space between the eyebrows, the door to the form realm gods. Don't go there, come up! There are two small vents on the east and west sides of the upper floor. That is the door to rebirth as long-lived gods in the formless realm. Don't go there, look up! Directly above the center, there is a door like a window. The Brahma's aperture is the door to going to the pure land of the sky-goers. This is the path for the extremely sinful to forcibly attain Buddhahood, so don't hesitate, come up! Transfer your consciousness to the heart of Amitabha Buddha, who resides on the crown of your head. This is what was said from the retreat room, seeing a place eight fingers wide, to the other bodies.
