右脚蜷曲,脚后跟抵着bhaga(藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思),左脚伸展,踩在莲花、太阳和尸体的心脏上。

His right hand brandishes a curved knife marked with a vajra in the sky, his left hand holds a skull cup filled with the nectar of wisdom at his heart. Father Heruka is raised upwards in a hidden manner from the left shoulder's aperture. His right leg is bent, with the heel pressing against the bhaga (Tibetan, Devanagari Sanskrit, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning), and his left leg is extended, pressing down on a lotus, the sun, and the heart of a corpse. He wears a crown of five dry skulls and a necklace of fifty-one fresh human heads. His naked body is adorned with garlands of bones, jewels, and red flowers. The higher parts of his body are bent over like reeds. He is sixteen years old, radiant and youthful, with loose hair covering his back. He possesses many blissful expressions and dances vividly in a mass of light. Outside of him is like a tent made of red deity silk, and inside is empty like a blown-out reed, with the central channel standing straight in the middle of the body like a pillar in an empty room. It has four characteristics: to symbolize bliss, the outside is white; to symbolize clarity, the inside is red; to symbolize the path to enlightenment, it is very straight; its thickness is like a medium-sized arrow shaft. To block the door to the lower realms, the lower end is blocked at the three-way junction below the navel; to open the door to liberation, the upper end is wide open at the Brahma aperture on the crown of the head. On the crown of his head, on a jeweled throne, is the Buddha Amitabha, with a red body, complete with all marks and signs, and clothed in three Dharma robes. His hands are in the meditation mudra, holding a begging bowl filled with immortal nectar. He sits in the vajra posture, with the two thumbs of his feet blocking the Brahma aperture. From his heart, rays of light emanate, inviting all the lineage gurus, Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, and Yidam deities, who dissolve into Amitabha, becoming the essence of all Buddhas. Although the text says the heart, it is actually the navel, which is the place of the formation and destruction of the world. Directly in front of the navel, inside the central channel, is a four-petaled red lotus, like a section of bamboo. On top of that is a small moon seat. On top of that is the essence of all one's own winds, mind, and consciousness, a white bindu the size of a pea, radiant and shining. It seems to be throbbing, seems to be flying, seems to be rising.

When breathing and guiding the eyes, meditate on something fluttering. Then, focus your attention on Amitabha Buddha and repeat this prayer: I prostrate to Amitabha Buddha! I pray to Dharmakaya Limitless Light! I pray to Sambhogakaya Great Compassionate One! I pray to Nirmanakaya Padmasambhava! I pray to Dakini Yeshe Tsogyal! I pray to Tertön Nyida Sangye! I pray to Siddha Karma Lingpa! I pray to the kind Root and Lineage Lamas! I pray to the Supreme Mother Vajravarahi! I pray to the Dharma Protector Damchen Gyatso! Please bless me to master the profound Phowa path! Please bless me to achieve the Dakini Pure Land through the swift Phowa path! Please bless me and others, immediately after death from here! To be born in Sukhavati! If you want to learn the detailed recitation, then recite according to the ritual. This repetition is enough for now. In the Great Tantra of the Four Vajra Seats it says: From the heart chakra, thus HIK (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: हिक्, Sanskrit Romanization: hik, Chinese literal meaning: He). Above and below are also the same. Purify with half and two letters. With the seed syllable of dispelling. Purify with wisdom together. As it is said, sit upright, with both hands in vajra fists. Press the life vein with the thumbs, and hold them above the hips. Concentrate the body's strength in the upper body. Focus the mind single-pointedly on the bindu below the navel. Because this is secret mantra, it should not be recited loudly, but utter HIK (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: हिक्, Sanskrit Romanization: hik, Chinese literal meaning: He) from the throat, visualizing the bindu moving upwards, reaching the thumb of the Buddha on the crown of the head. When reciting KA (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: क, Sanskrit Romanization: ka, Chinese literal meaning: Ka), visualize it moving downwards, staying below the navel. Like this, lifting upwards and dropping downwards, count two as one, do about a hundred times each session. At the end of each session, visualize above the crown chakra, which is blocked by various vajras, Amitabha Buddha transforming into the form of Amitayus and abiding there. If you know it, recite the longevity dharani three times. If you don't know it, recite: I prostrate to the Protector Amitayus! Recite many times. Like this, practice six sessions each day, or at least practice four sessions with single-pointed concentration. This is the first Dharma session. Well then, if one thinks, what is the difference between this Phowa transmission, which transfers consciousness from the Brahma hole, and the consciousness exiting from other orifices? In the Great Tantra of the Four Vajra Seats it says: The good path is, a beautiful place. The bad path is the fault of samsara.
