In the Tantra of the Gathering of Ali, it is said: "The king of the channels has a crystal tube, Residing within the sun and moon." And in the Tantra of the Blazing Lamp, it is said: "In the white conch-shell chamber of the brain, There are three channels coiling to the right, The channels are shaped like the whorls of a conch. Having gathered all the essence of the elements, That which causes the senses to appear in their objects, Among the channels, this one is supreme." As it is said, the channel connecting the heart and the two eyes is called the Lamp of the White and Gentle Channel. In the Tantra of Sound Transformation, it is said: "The very door of the arising of wisdom is, Having gathered all the essence and purity of the body, It emerges from the door called 'Cakṣa' (藏文:ཙཀྵ,梵文天城体:चक्ष,梵文罗马拟音:cakṣa,汉语字面意思:eye)." And in the Tantra of the Buddha's Own Nature, it is said: "The body of wisdom or the support of wisdom's transparency relies on one's own eyes. The abiding is that one's own eyes abide in the center of the eyeball. The clarity is that seeing is clear without obstruction. In the center of one's own eyeball, this unobstructed transparency is the body of the Buddha's wisdom transparency." As it is said, from the circle of tears, one's own eyes, which see clearly without obstruction, are called the Lamp of the Far-Reaching Water. In the Garland of Pearls, it is said: "The actions of the body are of three kinds: The posture of a lion, the posture of an elephant, and The posture of a sage sitting cross-legged." Although it is said that there are three postures for viewing, the first two are uncomfortable, so one should adopt the posture of a sage. In the Transformation Tantra, it is said: "Relying on the sage's cross-legged posture, From all the natures of phenomena, self-emanating, One will see with the eye of Dharma." As it is said, you should sit cross-legged, aligning the two ankle bones of your feet, placing the soles of your feet flat on the ground, straightening your body, bringing your two knees close to your chest, crossing your two wrists, embracing your knees, and straightening your spine. In the After-Passage, it is said: "Maintain the flow of breath very slowly." As it is said, do not speak, do not hold your breath, but let it naturally flow in and out through your mouth and nose. Focus your eyes and mind on the sun in the sky, looking with half-closed eyes. Furthermore, look at the sun without clouds. In the Transformation Tantra, it is said: "The door is to look with the eyes at the three bodies." And in the Wordless, it is said: "The eyes look into the realm of space." And in the After-Passage, it is said: "The key to the door is to look back and sideways." This is the meaning of what is said. Thus, when looking at the sun, self-arising

It says in the text: The luminous body endowed with five wisdoms, appears continuously like a thread. That is, going and coming, moving and flickering. And, from the peaceful and wrathful Dharmata Bardo introduction, Liberation Through Seeing: Fifth, introducing the sunlight and rays, introducing the pure realm of the three bodies. This is what is said: In the morning or evening, when the sky and sunlight are clear, the disciples should look at the sun with half-closed eyes. Sons of the lineage, know that the essence of the sun is pure and without stain, just as the Dharmakaya is pure and possesses two qualities, originally pure, without stain. The radiance of the sun, endowed with the five colors of the rainbow, just as it is not made by anyone but self-arisen. From the nature of the Dharmakaya, which is originally pure, the Sambhogakaya is spontaneously accomplished and possesses five certainties, possessing five rainbow light spots, the mandala that is not written, know that it is self-luminous by nature. That is, the rainbow light has various five colors, know that all Buddhas are the nature of the five families. That is, without being obscured for even a moment, unobstructed and transparently abiding in the sky, know that the body of the Buddha's wisdom is a body that appears but has no self-nature, the body has no front or back, it is a body that is inseparable from the realm and wisdom. Those are also like the feathers of a peacock, or like the wheel of a soap bubble, or abiding within the five rainbow halos, know that they abide in the pure, self-luminous realm of the completely pure Dharmadhatu lamp. From those rays and radiance, light radiates and shines in all directions, know that it is from the power of the Sambhogakaya's five certainties, the Nirmanakaya's five uncertainties, constantly and continuously taming whatever needs to be tamed. Within those rays, there are countless tiny dots, like fish eyes and between nets of pearls, the nets and half-nets are connected like a continuous thread, appearing to move and flicker, know that the compassionate Nirmanakaya benefits beings constantly and continuously with hundreds of millions of billions. Although those appearances are different, just as the sun and rainbow light spots are inseparable from the nature of emptiness and self-luminosity, know that although the three bodies in meaning appear differently, the essence of Dharmata is inseparable in nature.
