I, Salewa, have no possessions, Awareness manifest, naked and bright. Emptiness without accomplishment, empty and vast, Clarity and emptiness are non-dual, primordially so. Not permanent, nothing is accomplished, Not annihilation, Salewa is bright and clear. Not one, many are aware and clear, Not many, inseparable, of one taste, Not elsewhere, it is this very mind. The main part, the introduction to the meaning of reality, In this, the three kayas are completely present. Nothing is accomplished, emptiness is the Dharmakaya, The self-radiance of emptiness, clarity, is the Sambhogakaya, Unobstructed, whatever arises, is the Nirmanakaya. The self-mind is complete in one, the essence. If this is forcibly introduced by pointing, It is this very awareness of your own right now. This is unmade, self-luminous, If the nature of mind is not realized, what is there to do? In this, there is nothing to meditate on, If meditation does not arise, what is there to do? Awareness manifest is this, If the self-mind is not found, what is there to do? Clarity and awareness are continuous, this is it, If the face of mind is not seen, what is there to do? The one who thinks with the mind is himself, If searching does not find, what is there to do? In this, there is nothing to do, If doing does not arise, what is there to do? It is enough to leave it unmade in its own place, If it cannot be settled, what is there to do? Without doing, it is enough to leave it still, If one is unable to do that, what is there to do? Clarity, awareness, and emptiness are spontaneously accomplished, inseparable, Accomplished and unaccomplished, what is there to do? Without cause and condition, spontaneously accomplished, If effort is unable, what is there to do? Thoughts arise and are liberated simultaneously, If an antidote does not arise, what is there to do? The present awareness is this, If this is not known, what is there to do? The nature of mind is emptiness, it is certain that it has no basis, The self-mind is immaterial, like empty space. Similar or not, look at your own mind. Emptiness is not a nihilistic view, It is certain that self-arisen wisdom is primordially clear. Self-arisen, self-luminous, like the essence of the sun, Similar or not, look at your own mind. Awareness and wisdom, it is certain that there is no interruption, Awareness is continuous, like the flow of a river, Similar or not, look at your own mind. Conceptual thoughts and movements, it is certain that there is nothing to grasp, Moves without substance, like hail, Similar or not, look at your own mind.

As it is said, without any object of meditation, abiding by looking at the mind with the mind, this is guarding the nature of Mahamudra, and it is the practice of Trekchö at the base (of Dzogchen). If you can meditate as long as death, then at the time of death, at the moment when the outer breath ceases, you will recognize the base luminosity, and if you abide in it for seven days, you will rainbow body upwards into Buddhahood without going through the bardo. Therefore, please strive to practice! Hūṃ! (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: 吽) This single main practice is enough. To show the path called "Sudden Breakthrough," the Tantra of Sound Transformation says: "First, train in self-power, the three of body, speech, and mind, are said to distinguish between samsara and nirvana. If you do not distinguish between samsara and nirvana, the connection between the three of samsara and nirvana, body, speech, and mind, will not be severed, so you must distinguish between samsara and nirvana." As it is said. Even if it is not possible to explain it extensively here, it is necessary to give a brief instruction. Transformation says: "By sitting upright in the vajra posture, thus training the body benefits the mind." And "After Death" says: "Sitting in the lotus position with the soles of the feet together, sit upright, bring the palms together at the crown of the head. Whoever does this with the body, that body will not regress, obstacles will be pacified, attachment will be reversed, and sins will be purified, that body will be liberated into the Nirmanakaya, and will become a Buddha in the state of no remainder." As it is said. Bring the soles of the feet together and sit upright. Bring your hands together at the crown of your head and stay for a moment. Now, distinguishing the speech of samsara and nirvana. "After Death" says: "In order to do the preliminary practice of speech, utter various sounds of the six realms, sounds of peace and wrath, and various forms are used on speech." As it is said, please repeat after this. Nara-ka, Preta-ka, Tiryaka, Asura, Manusha, Deva A, Shantika, Krodha-ka, E Yam Ram Bam Lam Sum! Now look at the mind. Again, Transformation says: "Speech abides in the syllable Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: 吽), with empowerment and training in self-power, by gently seeking to introduce it into the path, thus training speech benefits the mind." As it is said. Now visualize a dark blue Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: 吽) syllable in your heart. From that, many Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: 吽) syllables emanate and fill the body. From the pores of the hair, emanate strings of Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: 吽) syllables, and visualize the four directions, the eight intermediate directions, and the entire world filled with blue Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: 吽) syllables. First, recite one long Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: 吽) syllable, and then recite short, rapid Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: 吽) syllables while shaking the mala. Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: 吽)
