法身，自性自明朗耀之报身，大悲自然解脱之应化身，于见、修、行三者中显现之双运身坛城之中，愿自识本面。若能在此领受灌顶，则当下即便死去亦必能成佛，以强烈的虔诚心生起欢喜，从轮回痛苦之大海中解脱，往生清净刹土，成佛直至轮回未空之际，无碍地利益一切有情众生。 接下来是正行灌顶：哦，具种姓之子，你们将领受六道能仁之六种手印，以及坛城东西南北中五方之白、红、蓝、绿、黄五色宝瓶，瓶中装满五药、五香、五谷、五精要、五珍宝，宝瓶之外是宫殿，内有五部及寂怒本尊众安住，仅以此灌顶，便能清净从六道之门所积之罪障与业障，封闭转生六道之门，从五毒、悭吝及六种过患中解脱，开启往生东方现喜刹土、西方极乐世界、中央密严刹土、北方胜乐刹土、南方具德刹土之门，依次面见五方刹土，依次获得五部之灌顶。如是生起坚定之信心。 接下来，为了将你们从地狱之处迁转，安置于持明者之列，请复诵此祈请文：唉玛，具悲悯之怙主，为了救护我等众生脱离轮回之苦，请以慈悲摄受，赐予灌顶与加持。念诵三遍。 以水火加持：吽，以清凉与温暖之水火，救护寒热之苦，为具缘之种姓之子灌顶，愿从地狱寒热之苦中解脱，愿脱离地狱之苦。度达哈达哈，萨瓦纳拉卡嘎德嘿度吽帕特。 东方宝瓶灌顶：吽，普贤父母之宝瓶中，安住寂怒本尊众，为具缘之你灌顶，愿封闭地狱之门，愿脱离地狱之苦。吽。

Dharmakaya, the Sambhogakaya self-illuminated by its own nature, the Nirmanakaya of compassion naturally liberated, in this mandala of the union body manifested in view, meditation, and action, may you recognize your own face. If you receive empowerment here, you will surely attain Buddhahood even if you die now. Generate joy with strong devotion, liberate from the great ocean of suffering in samsara, be reborn in pure lands, attain Buddhahood, and until samsara is empty, effortlessly benefit all sentient beings without obstruction. Next is the main empowerment: Oh, sons of noble lineage, you will receive the six hand seals of the six Buddhas of the six realms, and the white, red, blue, green, and yellow vases of the five directions—east, west, center, north, and south—of the mandala. The vases are filled with the five medicines, the five fragrances, the five grains, the five essences, and the five precious jewels. Outside the vases is a palace, and inside dwell the five families and the assembly of peaceful and wrathful deities. By bestowing these empowerments, may all the sins and obscurations accumulated through the gates of the six realms be purified, may the gates of rebirth in the six realms be closed, may you be liberated from the five poisons, miserliness, and the six faults, may the gates to be reborn in the Eastern Abhirati Pure Land, the Western Sukhavati Pure Land, the Central Ghanavyuha Pure Land, the Northern Karmasiddha Pure Land, and the Southern Srilakshmi Pure Land be opened, may you gradually meet the five pure lands, and may you gradually obtain the empowerments of the five families. Generate unwavering faith in this. Next, in order to transfer you from the place of hell and place you among the ranks of the vidyadharas, please repeat this supplication: Emaho, compassionate protector, in order to protect us from the suffering of samsara, please embrace us with compassion and bestow empowerment and blessings. Blessing with water and fire: Hum, with the cool and warm water and fire, protect from the suffering of heat and cold, bestowing empowerment upon the fortunate sons of noble lineage, may you be liberated from the suffering of heat and cold in hell, may you be free from the suffering of Naraka. Empowerment with the eastern vase: Hum, in the vase of Samantabhadra and Samantabhadri, dwells the assembly of peaceful and wrathful deities, bestowing empowerment upon you, the fortunate one, may the gate of hell be closed, may you be free from the suffering of Naraka.
