In the teachings of that Buddha, there was a humble and disciplined monk named 'Beautiful Conduct.' There was a morally corrupt lama named Dehoje. After serving for several years, the monk witnessed the lama's misconduct. The lama, angered, said, 'I will embrace you with compassion.' Therefore, the next day, the monk was beaten and expelled. The monk dedicated his life to Dharma. The lama, for countless eons, was born in the lower realms and has now been liberated. He said, 'I am Guru Dondrup.' (17) A hundred and eight eons ago, there was an eon called 'Great Increase of Merit.' The Buddha taught that he manifested from the world in the southeast direction. He was born into a family called 'Prince.' Later, there was a hermit who went to see him to seek the sacred Dharma. He offered a four-spoked golden wheel, half a katora of gold dust, three large vajra bells and silver ingots, a sandalwood rosary, and a horse and a sheep. He requested the transmission of the sacred Dharma. The lama said, 'I will not accept offerings, but if you strike me one hundred and eight times with an iron hammer smeared with poison, it will be called giving Dharma.' He did so. The lama then said, 'Can you still plant one hundred and eight bamboo sticks on your body?' He did so, and his body was covered in blood. His friend Uma, unable to bear it, pleaded and begged him to stop. The lama then said, 'Can you still nail one hundred and eight iron nails into your body, which will be called giving Dharma?' His friend Uma stopped him. Uma's hand was tied up and set aside. Even after the nails were hammered in, the lama did not give the Dharma. The lama said, 'Strike the previous places with the iron hammer one hundred and eight times, pull out the bamboo sticks, and I will give the Dharma.' Even after doing so, the lama still did not give the Dharma, saying, 'Pull out one hundred iron nails.' After doing so, the lama then transmitted a single verse and accepted all the offerings. At that time, he was so eager for Dharma, but now he does not want to study. What is this?' Then, for that verse, I wrote an explanation on a leaf. A pandita also made a commentary, writing about thirty leaves. Later, others also began to comment, writing a book called 'Body Value Meditation Dharma.' The name of that hermit was Horse. His friend Uma was called Araga. Horse represents activity, and sheep represents increasing Dharma. Homage! It is difficult to obtain a human body with leisure and endowment, and even if obtained, it is impermanent. What will happen in the next life, one's own...

Know that this is in your grasp. All beings wandering in the six realms and going to the heavens are caused by good and evil; doing good leads to heaven, doing evil leads to falling into bad realms. Wherever one falls in the six realms, there is no happiness without suffering, and all heavens should seek the path to liberation. Taking refuge in the Three Jewels, generating the supreme Bodhicitta, visualizing the Lama on the crown of the head, from whose body nectar flows. Cleansing sins and obscurations, offering mandalas, merging the Lama into oneself, abiding in peace, and looking at the state of no-mind. Meditating on emptiness, practicing meticulously, dispelling obstacles, purifying places, and in short, the root of everything is to look at one's own mind. These are the root words spoken by that righteous one. (18) In the past eight kalpas and seven kalpas, Araaga became a bird with beautiful feathers. It was born in an egg, and the mother did not protect it, flying to another place. Then, the life of the egg transferred. Then, that mother bird came, carrying a jade egg, and threw it on the road. It hit a stone, broke, and died. A rainbow appeared, and flower rain fell. One person saw it and piled up stones. Mostly because a rainbow appeared there, people passing by circumambulated the stone pile. It blocked the connection with bad realms and cut off the gate of birth. A person named "Gray" destroyed the stone pile and threw in defiled substances. After that, the rainbow disappeared, and the benefit of beings was interrupted. At that time, it was said that dying to benefit beings was greater than saving the egg. The kalpa is composed of the letter A. (19) In the past one hundred and eight kalpas, at the top of the light in the northeastern world. There, a compassionate bird took birth as a tree. When the great water rushed fiercely, there was a bird's nest on the top of the tree, and a monkey appeared on the waist of the tree. The tree deity took an Aama fruit, thinking of feeding the monkey. The monkey scratched the tree deity. There were two people, the blind king and Ati, two brothers who were not in harmony and fought each other. The blind king rolled down and died, and Ati cried out in pain. The tree deity ate his flesh and knew that all suffering was pacified. Thinking of giving his body, he stretched out his body, was not killed, and his palms were cut off and eaten. His suffering was pacified. When he fell after cutting off his palms, he spoke in the language of humans: Who ate my flesh? Diseases and suffering will be pacified, he said. People all thought it was a drought demon, so they ate it.
