It is said that the bear ate the mouse. (111) Before this kalpa, there was a bird named Cuckoo Dhaka, which became a worm living on the Langma tree. It taught the Dharma to three hundred worms of the same kind, causing them all to learn meditation. At that time, it became a cuckoo named Horse, remembering eating those three hundred worms. (112) After that, it became a mouse, and although there was no speaker, it spontaneously practiced meditation. The mouse named Horse became a playmate, and together they boarded a boat on a large river. The one sitting at the bow of the boat pulled the boat, fell into the water, and ended its life. (113) After that, it became a marmot, learning to spontaneously practice its own meditation, but not good at clearly teaching the Dharma to others, only telling its kind about the "existence of Dharma" like a proverb. At that time, the mouse named Horse became a monkey, shooting the marmot with an arrow. (114) After that, it became a big fish in the water. It widely taught the method and benefits of practicing compassion to fish larger or smaller than itself. In that place, there was a patient who was sick, and the shaman said that fish was needed for treatment. A person brought a monkey to kill the fish. The fish did not run away, and that big fish was killed because of its altruistic heart. It became the medicine for that patient and others. (115) Before this kalpa, there was a fish named Fish King, who was reborn as a monkey, not taught by others... The patient was named Xia, the shaman was Tsa, the monkey was Ma, the person was Dala, Pa. Oṃ Vajra Sattva Hūṃ (藏文:ༀ་བཛྲ་སཏྭ་ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:ॐ वज्र सत्त्व हुं,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ vajra sattva hūṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡,金刚,萨埵,吽) is constantly recited. It taught the Dharma to the monkeys in the form of games. At that time, a bear named Horse was born and ate it. (116) After that, it was born in a gourd and lived inside the gourd. It was eaten by someone who went back and forth, telling Kam stories. That person thought, "Ah, Ka, Kada, I, tomorrow I won't find it in the stone." Saying that, he grabbed the shepherd's finger and killed him. It is said that the person was named Xia. This one has no Dharma mind in impure birth. (117) After that, in that kalpa, there was a red Garuda, whose body was about half the size of a large mountain. It flew in all directions of the sky, attracting many nagas from the ocean and eating them. It subdued the nagas of the black side and taught the Dharma to all beings flying in the sky, but did not practice it himself. Temporarily from the ocean...
