It is said that through land measurement, a number of one hundred and twenty-one million was reached. Thus, initially, when he was young and his body was healthy, he completed all the practices of Guru Drakpo (Wrathful Guru). Because he was skilled in lines and measurements, he also drew each mandala according to the scriptures with colored powders, and the phurbas and other practice materials were all complete. Before the ground temperature around the retreat had dissipated, it was mostly the peak of winter. Even though the clothes and food were thin, his body remained clear and alert. His ears were frostbitten, and later the skin peeled off. He maintained six sessions of yoga, performing offerings, praises, fulfillment, and replenishment, as well as offering tormas, with elaborate music and melodies. Like this, he accomplished what others could not. Starting from the age of forty-two, he vowed to retreat for thirteen years. Before that, for three months, he practiced the nine deities of Gyalwa Gyatso (Avalokiteśvara). During the three months of practice, Rinchen Gyal was near death, so he broke the retreat and gave empowerment from that mandala. He said that the practice of the nine deities was interrupted, and afterwards he only practiced the five deities. For the first retreat, he made a commitment to practice the longevity practice at Lopön Tulku's (Southern Incarnation) place for one year. Therefore, for one year, he practiced the outer, inner, secret, and very secret practices of Namchak Dorje (Space Iron Vajra). Then, for seven years and eight years, he practiced Gyalwa Gyatso's five main deities and their retinue. In the meantime, for about one or two months each year, he practiced the Three Kayas practice of Lama Tulku, and the outer practice of the Chakrasamvara oral transmission for one month. He constantly offered Surupa (a type of offering) and tormas, maintaining a count of one hundred and eight, paying attention to cleanliness and management, and using bone rosaries to count mantras, etc. The way of offering tormas was done according to the inner ritual. The torma offerings on the tenth and twenty-ninth days of each month were also carefully managed and recited, in detail and elaborately. Every year, he continuously performed the four-armed Avalokiteśvara and Damchen (Guardian) torma rituals, and every month he performed one torma expulsion. In some years, the Vajra Dance was also uninterrupted, and at all times, he never neglected the practice of Mahamudra and Tögal (Direct Transcendence). He constantly vowed to be reborn in Sukhavati, and at the end of all virtuous deeds, he dedicated and prayed to be reborn in the Blissful Pure Land. Before going to sleep, he would perform the extensive Chöd (Severance) practice without interruption. This completes the seventh section.

The signs and characteristics of accomplishment are: similar to the signs and letters of each respective practice manual, countless incredible dream signs have appeared. Immediately after the accomplishment of the practice, for Jojo, although Rāga Asya I have spoken, I have not written it down, as he does not have the habit of writing. Now I have forgotten and it is not in my mind, and because there are too many, it is also impossible to write them all down. Now, with what I remember in my mind, I will write a rough outline here: In general, for most practices, one holds butter lamps, water offerings, and torma, and there is a great sense of warmth, blessing, faith, and pure appearance. Renunciation arises, and faith and reverence arise involuntarily, and tears flow at the remembrance of Orgyen. Especially during long periods of practicing Gu-drag, without drums and drumsticks, sparks fly. Sparks also repeatedly fly from the rosary. Inside the mandala, the best wine in winter, the steam rises to the sky. Not meditation or dreams, but in reality. One night, the Bhagavan Buddha, the Medicine Guru, with a blue body color, like the sky, with a topknot on his head and a white hair between his eyebrows. His right hand holds an arura (haritaki) with leaves, and his left hand holds a bowl at the level of his navel. He wears a Dharma robe, a golden brocade garment. His two feet are in the vajra posture on a lotus and moon seat. He appeared taller than the size of a room. His eyes doubted it was an illusion, so he wiped them and looked again. For a long time, he was clearly seen in reality. By accomplishing one Victorious One, all are naturally accomplished, so it was said. By practicing Gu-drag, the Medicine Buddha may come, but the Medicine Buddha's Dharma robe is of red silk. Because a yellow Dharma robe appeared, I did not believe it. I wondered if it was a trick of demons? The next morning, like the previous night, the Medicine Buddha was very clear as if real, and the Dharma robe was of red silk. After seeing him in reality for a long time, I diligently studied medicine, medical texts, and medicine bags. After the retreat, during the eighth-day feast, I continuously performed the Medicine Buddha ritual, offering a hundred butter lamps, tormas, incense, conch shells, Dharma conches, eight offerings, etc., doing my best. I also built a Medicine Buddha statue in the stupa. Previously, during a village ritual, one night, the lamp of Ma gcig lab, with a hair knot on her head and white braids. She was surrounded by about five similar figures.
