This is the biography of practice. Likewise, may all beings have supreme happiness, May they never be separated from it, and have joy. Like that, for love, compassion, and joy, Without bias, may they have equanimity towards all beings. Meditate on the four abodes of Brahma at the beginning of the sessions. This is love and compassion as an antidote to hatred, A biography of establishing a slight connection. If you examine your own and others' bodies well, Even if the exterior appearance and skin color are good, The inside is impure blood and pus, Bile, phlegm, feces, urine, and worms are full. Inside, bones, veins, and intestines are connected, There is no difference from a corpse eaten by vultures. To be attached to this is a great mistake. Like that, ugliness as an antidote to desire, Establish a connection several times in meditation. The Buddha's Jataka tales and twelve deeds, The twelve links of dependent origination in forward order are the wheel of samsara, The reverse order is the wheel of liberation, the eightfold noble path. Distraction in the mind is the antidote to ignorance, Establish a slight connection in the meditation on dependent origination. Since all parts of the generation stage are meditation, Because you know how to combine the object to be purified and the purifier well, Meditate on the self-generation deity mandala, And the front generation with faith, keep it in mind. Visualize each of the five poisons as the five Buddha families, Practice, and widely dedicate and make aspirations, etc., Establish a connection on the path of transformation. After knowing the state of the Vajra body, Clarify emptiness, train the great vase breath in the wind, Meditate on the visualization of blazing and dripping tummo. Vajra recitation, generation and completion stages, and the three places, One's own body is stable, Vajra waves, etc., Also meditate on the path of wisdom force. Looking at the sun, meditate on the six lamps of space awareness, Slightly meditate on Ati Yoga Tögal. With signs, wooden sticks, pebbles, butter lamps, And without signs, the door of the Buddha, focus the mind on this, Without signs, stop the conceptual thoughts, in its own nature, Also meditate on the abiding peace of abiding. Especially the abiding peace, Without stopping conceptual thoughts, Relax and abide, like an ocean-like state. Also experience that arising. Infinite space, infinite consciousness, Neither existent nor non-existent, nothing at all, etc., The four meditations similar to those of outsiders, Slightly realize the appearance of experience. That also

The paths of outsiders and insiders, also explain the differences and how to take and leave them. Like this, relating to meditation, showing it to others and praising it. желая to settle all beings in the supreme meditation, this is the eighth chapter related to the meditation paramita. Thus, even if practicing the five: generosity, discipline, patience, and diligence, if not grasped by the wisdom paramita, one will never be liberated from the place of samsara, the root of samsara is clinging to self, to destroy that, one needs the wisdom of no-self. Just as hundreds of thousands of blind people are led by one person with eyes, and arrive at the desired place, the five paramitas, when grasped by the wisdom paramita, arrive at the state of complete enlightenment. As it is said, I cultivate wisdom. It has two types: common and uncommon. The common wisdom is hearing and thinking, the way of which has been shown above, so it is not mentioned here. The method of cultivating uncommon wisdom, there are the traditions of Kusali and Pandita. Among them, there are two types: analytical meditation and abiding meditation. The way of analytical meditation of Pandita is that all phenomena of outer and inner vessels and beings, are empty, selfless, and free from the stains of the four extremes. The way of that comes from the sutras and tantras of the Buddhas, and the Panditas establish it with reasoning. It is not permanent, not annihilated, not existent, not non-existent, not self-born, not other-born, not both-born, not neither-born. The essence is emptiness, the ultimate truth, the appearance is clarity, the conventional truth of dependent origination. Having understood that the two are not contradictory, and uniting them, thus meditating, thus knowing, and then maintaining equanimity on its meaning. Relating to this also many times. The abiding meditation of Kusali, like a ditch where the water has been cut off, cutting off the elaboration of the three times and abiding in equanimity. At that time, first is one's own mind, the essence is emptiness, the nature is luminosity, the appearance is unceasing, naturally seeing the three bodies. In that, there is no form, color, object, and no identifiable person, no-self, meditating in a state of no-meditation. Then all the outer vessels and beings, the essence is emptiness, the nature is luminosity, the emptiness and luminosity two
