Its root is the Vinaya Pitaka, This itself is purity, peace of mind at the time of death. The focus of the mind should be directed towards such a thing. Future generations of monks, those who exchange and travel, Such regulations and the laws of the monastery, Not only when residing there, But also establish such rules for oneself. If you act in this way, the Dharma will be on the right track. Such conduct, this is preserving the Vinaya, It is not a false pretense, but the intention of Shakyamuni. Abandoning the pillow and sitting upright, I also did for three years. However, that is only for the beauty of the former people, There is not much benefit or difference. Thus, imitating the sleeping posture of a lion, This is clear from the scriptures of both Sutra and Tantra. Even if separated from that excellent monastery, It is a conduct that straightens the foundation of the monastery. Gradually went to the pillows of many deceased. When hearing of death, or hearing of being near death, Rushing quickly without time to listen, Like the example of saying who will get the corpse and flesh first. Never remembering whether offerings will come or how much. If consciousness is transferred, one will not be born in the lower realms, It is said in the scriptures that one will be born in a pure land. Therefore, what benefit is greater than this? Thinking only of that, I rush quickly. Transferring consciousness to any abandoned corpse on the road. Sometimes, due to impermanence, love, and compassion, Uncontrollably, tears flow. And clearly praying for the practice of generation and completion stages. The crown of the head swells and the skin breaks, Like a hand drum, making a "pak pak" sound. First wipe away the swelling, then pierce a hole. Vapor rises and heat gathers at the crown of the head. The hands are warm and relaxed, and yellow water flows out, Like the sound of cymbals, or a "kog" sound. Immediately after transferring consciousness, or the next day, etc., A rainbow circles in the sky and rainbow clouds shine. A rainbow hangs where the corpse is carried to the mountain. Even a black person with no practice at all, When burned, there are meat relics, letters, etc. The signs of transference appear in accordance with the scriptures. But sometimes, no matter how much you transfer consciousness, there are no signs. Perhaps the consciousness has already been transferred. If one is present at the pillow at the time of death, It seems that signs of transference will definitely appear. This is the conduct of widely performing transference. The monks also, regardless of whether there is an owner or not, Transfer consciousness to the corpses of the poor. Do not rush for more offerings, abandon arrogance. With love and compassion, treat the deceased.

Practice! Thinking that you are the same as them, practice impermanence. Pray from the bottom of your heart to the lineage masters. Even if you don't have the fortune to become the lama who presides over the village ritual, May you be moved to tears of compassion and attain transference of consciousness. If you can successfully transfer consciousness, let alone falling into the lower realms, By being born in a pure land, you will accomplish the benefit of beings. Benefiting others is the same as accomplishing the benefit of beings. This is the method to forcefully attain Buddhahood with great sins, Be sure to diligently practice this transference of consciousness! After that, I spent many years as an impermanent wandering monk. Even though insects die during the summer wandering, I recited the Dharani mantra of Padma Nirtiśvara. As stated in the Compendium of the True Dharma, Attachment to the smooth life of a wandering monk should be abandoned. Even for the few villages where offerings were not received and clean lodging was needed, Anger should be abandoned, and there should be no displeasure. Treat both receiving and not receiving offerings equally, And always go to places where offerings are not received. Whenever the names of many deceased people are mentioned, Compassion arises even more. Alas! Thinking of the hardships of farming, It feels difficult to digest even a single grain of rice. The rituals of transferring merit for the dead and praying for the living are done separately and in detail. And from the bottom of my heart, with the three wheels empty, Dedicate the merit in a non-attached way, trying to do my best. If I receive butter and other foods, I offer torma to the four types of guests, starting from the servants. Even if the patrons' offerings are complete, I still feel insignificant. Having completely become a renunciate, living by begging for alms. This is permitted by the command of the Bhagavan. Do not be discouraged by the need to beg, Do not be stingy with wealth, and do not pretend to be good, The foundation of life lies in begging for alms. Understand that this is the teaching of the Buddha. Similarly, the foundation of the mind lies in the supreme Dharma. The foundation of the Dharma life lies in begging. Farming fields, herding livestock, guarding livestock, As well as buying and selling salt, trading, going to China, circumambulating Central China, And hunting bears and other improper livelihoods should be abandoned. Doing so is in accordance with the teachings of Shakyamuni Buddha. This is the biography of a wandering monk who treats everything equally. For thirteen years, whenever I performed village rituals, I displayed fulfillment, reversal, torma, and food offerings. Performing incense offerings, worshiping deities, offering to the Nagas, etc., All kinds of rituals to avert obstacles of pacifying, increasing, subjugating, and wrathful activities. Some people suffering from planetary illnesses and national diseases were saved from death. The diseases of some possessed patients were cured. The deaths of some people possessed by corpses were cut off. The curses of some people ruined by curses were removed.
