It is also the wheel of Brahma, because it is similar to a wheel, and because it is turned by Brahma, the Bhagavan. Among these, the wheel of Dharma is the path of seeing itself, because of its swift movement, and because it includes abandoning and entering, etc., overcoming what has not been overcome, and the victor abiding, and increasing and decreasing, which is in accordance with the nature of the precious wheel. Among these, the wisdom of the path of seeing realizes the truth in fifteen moments, or because the later moment arises quickly after the former moment, and because of desiring the object of truth and the aspect of wisdom and the former uninterrupted path, and because of entering the object of truth and the aspect of wisdom and the latter path of liberation, and overcoming what has not been overcome, because of abandoning by cutting off the attainment of what is to be abandoned by the path of seeing through the uninterrupted path. The victor abides, because of holding the attainment of separation by the path of liberation. Increasing, because of entering the path of liberation or the truth of the higher realms. Decreasing, because of entering the uninterrupted path or the truth of the desire realm. The venerable Dbyangs Sgrog said that the eightfold noble path of the path of seeing is like the spokes of a wheel, and the hub and rim held by etc., so it is the wheel of Dharma. Among these, the training of wisdom, namely right view, right thought, right effort, and right mindfulness, are like spokes, because they enter each other, and because they cut off what is to be abandoned by the path of seeing. Right speech, right action, and right livelihood are like the hub, because these are the training of discipline, and relying on them one can attain the training of mind, concentration, and by attaining that, the training of wisdom arises. Concentration is like the rim, because it closely holds others, or because it focuses the mind on the object, he said. The sutra also says that the wheel of Dharma refers to the path of seeing. The Bhagavan said to the five monks: Monks, for the Dharma that you have not heard before, if you properly contemplate "This is the noble truth of suffering," then the eye arises, and

Eye and wisdom arose. To me, regarding things unheard before, this is the arising of suffering! This is the cessation of suffering! This is the path that leads to the cessation of suffering, the noble truth! As I properly attended to it in this way, the eye arose. Knowledge, intelligence, and wisdom arose. Monks, regarding things unheard before, that noble truth of suffering, I should fully know by manifest knowledge! Arising should be abandoned! Cessation should be manifested! That noble truth of the path that leads to the cessation of suffering should be cultivated! As I properly attended to it in this way, the eye and so forth arose. Similarly, monks, regarding things unheard before, that noble truth of suffering, I have fully known by manifest knowledge. Arising has been abandoned. Cessation has been manifested. The path has been cultivated. As I properly attended to it in this way, the eye and so forth arose. After speaking extensively in this way, when this discourse on the Dharma was taught, the venerable Kaundinya and eighty thousand gods developed the Dharma eye, which is stainless and free from defilement, regarding the Dharmas. Then, the Blessed One said to the venerable Kaundinya: Kaundinya, have you understood the Dharma? Blessed One, I have understood the Dharma. Well-gone One, I have understood the Dharma. After reporting this, the earth-dwelling yakshas proclaimed the sound, saying: The venerable Kaundinya has understood the Dharma. Friends, the Blessed One, in Varanasi, in the Deer Park at the Hermitage of the Rishis, for the benefit of many beings in the world, has turned the wheel of Dharma, which is in accordance with the Dharma, which has not been turned by any ascetic or Brahmin or god or Mara or Brahma or anyone in the world, having repeated it three times in twelve aspects, because when the path of seeing arose for Kaundinya, it was said that the wheel of Dharma was turned. Among these three repetitions, the Vaibhashikas say that this is the noble truth of suffering! This is one repetition regarding the nature of suffering, and suffering should be fully known! This is one repetition regarding
