It also becomes the object of consciousness, thus it becomes the object of the eight consciousnesses. Among them, the suffering and origin of the desire realm, which are abandoned by seeing, belong to the unequal realms of pervasive action, and are based on the upper realms. The formless realm is based on the approximation of the birth of infinite space (the wisdom of rough observation). The three, such as the suffering abandoned by seeing, which are born from the formless realm, belong to the three realms. As mentioned before, the two, suffering and origin abandoned by seeing, and the abandoned by cultivation, three each, totaling nine, plus the consciousness of the uncontaminated following thought liberation, together become the object of ten. Among them, the suffering and origin abandoned by seeing in the desire realm and form realm are the same as the pervasive action of the unequal realm and the corresponding consciousness. The reason for these is that the minds that abandon the path of cessation and see the uncontaminated are only based on the path of cessation. Those based on the contaminated are not pervasive, so they are only based on the path of cessation and seeing, and not based on other realms and categories. Moreover, the pervasive action of seeing abandoned by the first two truths of the upper ground does not depend on the lower ground. With four distances, the virtuous mind that abandons the cultivation of the formless realm does not depend on the desire realm, so it will not become the object of other consciousnesses. All that is abandoned by seeing the cessation and the path (the three realms) are added to the previous ones to become the object of consciousness. Therefore, becoming the object of five also becomes the object of six, and so on. (That is, six, nine, ten, eleven realms). Among them, the so-called adding each is also that the path of cessation and seeing abandoned depends on the contaminated, which is corresponding to greed and so on, and depending on the uncontaminated is not corresponding to wrong views and so on, because those are only based on the path of cessation. The uncontaminated is the last of the three realms such as the desire realm, the two abandoned by seeing the path of cessation and the abandoned by cultivation, three each, and the uncontaminated mind itself, a total of ten objects. That is, the uncontaminated individual selective cessation and the truth of the path are the same as those of the three realms, such as wrong views, which are based on the uncontaminated.

And, the objects of the mind of the virtuous contaminated that is abandoned by meditation, and the objects of the uncontaminated Dharma knowledge and subsequent knowledge. Space and non-distinct discrimination are the only objects of the mind that is abandoned by meditation and is non-afflicted. Master Guna Mati and Dhyeyamitra say that space and non-distinct discrimination are the objects of both afflicted and non-afflicted minds that are abandoned by meditation. To say this is unreasonable, because the six are the objects of the uncontaminated, and it is said that cessation and the path truth are only the objects of the afflicted. For the same reason, the commentary says: The suffering and cause of the three realms are seen to be abandoned, and there is no contamination to be abandoned by meditation. The five, eight, ten, and ten consciousnesses are the objects of these consciousnesses. The cessation and path are all abandoned by seeing. Their own nature is the object of these. It is said that these two will become the objects of the six, nine, and eleven consciousnesses. The Compendium of Topics also says: The mind that operates in the desire realm knows those who operate in the three realms, as well as the uncontaminated dharmas. Just as in the desire realm, so too in the form realm. The mind that operates in the formless realm knows the dharmas of its own formless realm, as well as the uncontaminated dharmas. The uncontaminated mind knows those who operate in the three realms, as well as the uncontaminated dharmas. It is said that the formless refers to those other than the approximation of space. In this way, it should be known that these are elaborated in accordance with their respective circumstances, through the means of objects and corresponding factors. By analogy, analyze how many of the sixteen dharmas change into the objects of each of the sixteen minds: In the objects of the minds that abandon the three realms, the four truths, and what is abandoned by seeing, and what is abandoned by meditation, there are fifteen, two, sixteen, ten, two, sixteen, five, two, and eleven changes respectively, and sixteen changes in the uncontaminated realm. That's how it is. Thus, among these objects and subjects, when analyzing how the subjects develop in terms of coarseness and fineness in relation to which object, it should be known through four ways: what dharma does that object belong to, what mind does it become the object of, whether the subject's mind is coarse or fine, and if it is coarse or fine, whether it develops in relation to that object. From the form of
