Therefore, it is because it has those characteristics. Among them, those characteristics are, in order, practiced only by an afflicted mind, and become sinful for all ordained and unordained people, such as killing; sometimes it can also be practiced with an antidote mind, and only becomes sinful for those who are ordained, such as digging the ground. Drinking alcohol is because for some unordained patients, it will not become drunkenness, and it can also be drunk with an antidote mind. Natural transgression refers to becoming sinful even if the Blessed One has not forbidden it, then drinking alcohol can sometimes be drunk with an antidote mind, so it is a prohibited transgression, and the so-called prohibition refers to what the Blessed One has forbidden. Therefore, if one practices the behavior prohibited in the form of law, it will become sinful, that is, a prohibited transgression, which is to become sinful because of disrespect for the Blessed One and the Dharma. Natural transgression refers to becoming sinful even if the Blessed One's law has not forbidden it, such as killing, etc. Allowing patients to practice prohibited transgressions in the Vinaya is general, and not allowing patients of the Shakya clan to practice is specific. Even the amount of a blade of grass is forbidden to drink, because its effect is uncertain, some people will get drunk even if they drink a little, and some people will not get drunk even if they drink a lot, and the increase of greed will lead to uncontrollability. The sutra also says: These three situations, drinking alcohol, sexual misconduct, and indulging in drowsiness and sleep, have no satisfaction or sufficiency or satiety. Therefore, the saints do not eat even after rebirth, because the sutra says that faith, diligence, shame, conscience, and the power of wisdom, these five are the power of learning, because they have shame and conscience, and the sutras such as "Joyful" say that the evil deeds of the body are the place of non-vigilance. Now, to explain the basis for obtaining these, etc., the Pratimoksha vow belonging to desire is all of the preparation, the main practice, and the subsequent practice of the (virtuous) path of action, and whether or not sentient beings are the basis, and the nature.
