The time afflicted by self-grasping (the first of six). Among these, "constant time" refers to the period when similar categories occur continuously. That is, good deeds arise from good deeds, bad deeds arise from bad deeds, and so on, are instances of similar categories occurring. "Same ground" (the second) refers to the same ground in terms of desire, etc. (even if the categories are different). There, immediately after one's own ground, all good things, etc., arise, except for the emanation mind of desire of one's own ground. "Time of entering absorption" (the third) refers to the arising of higher good deeds from lower good deeds, and the arising of two uncontaminated states. "Time of arising from absorption" (the fourth) refers to the arising of lower good deeds immediately after the arising of higher good deeds and two uncontaminated states, namely both good deeds of the desire realm, and only the arising of good deeds of the two upper realms is certain. "Time of entering emanation" means that, since it is said that "from purity and self, two arise from that," only the emanation mind of the desire realm and the indeterminate emanation mind of the form realm arise after the arising of the good deeds of the form realm. "Time of arising from emanation" means that after those two minds, the good deeds of the form realm arise, because after arising from emanation, the mind of meditative concentration manifests. Although some think that "entering emanation is arising from absorption, and arising from emanation is entering absorption, so time is not explained separately," it seems easier to understand if it is separated and divided into eight times. (That is, the arising of upper and lower afflictions from good deeds is after the innate arising of good deeds. The arising of good deeds of the form realm from the indeterminate of the desire realm is only after the emanation mind of the desire realm. Entering the uncontaminated is through three types of attention: attention to the characteristics of phenomena in general, attention to the general characteristics of the sixteen such as impermanence, and attention to those that are not objects of true meaning, such as liberation, exhaustion, subjugation, ugliness, and immeasurable qualities, which are aspirational attention. Through any of these three, one can enter and arise from the uncontaminated. The arising mind of attaining Arhatship by relying on unobstructed liberation is, due to habituation, its own ground or the ground of the desire realm. For the realm of nothingness

That which is obtained by relying on this is its own place, or if born in the peak of existence, it arises from the place of the peak of existence. In the remaining places, the arising mind is only its own place, while other places must be accomplished through effort alone, and one's own place arises from oneself. In terms of attention, in the desire realm there are three: hearing and thinking, and innate; in the form realm, there are three: hearing, meditation, and innate; in the formless realm, there are two: meditation and birth. Among these, except for the three innate ones, the noble path becomes manifest after the other five, because it depends on effort. At the end of the path, due to clarity, even the innate good mind of desire is manifested. Therefore, it also generates the arising mind of the first and second dhyanas, and it also relies on this to be afflicted by afflictions. The innate of the upper two is not clear, so it is not the same as this. )At the time of linking (the fifth) is the linking from the death state to the intermediate state, and (from) the intermediate state to the birth state. That is, the death mind, except for the two uncontaminated and the meritorious arising from effort, the place of craftsmanship, and the mind of transformation, is the innate merit of one's own place, and the non-virtuous, the obscured and unspecified, the ripening birth, and the travelers, each as appropriate. The birth mind is called "the afflicted one of the birth state," and "from the transfer of death, all afflictions" occur, because it is the afflicted mind of the place where one is born, so it is the obscured and unspecified and the two non-virtuous. Furthermore, the death mind of being born from a lower place to a higher place is the innate merit and the unobscured and unspecified, the ripening birth, and the travelers, while the birth mind is only the obscured and unspecified, because there is the saying "not above the afflicted," so it is impossible to be born from the afflicted of the lower place to the higher place, and there is no non-virtue in the higher place. The death mind of being born from a higher place to a lower place is the innate merit and the obscured and unobscured, the ripening birth, and the travelers, each as appropriate, and the birth mind, if born in the desire realm, will become non-virtuous and obscured as appropriate, and if born in the upper realms, it is only obscured. If one is born from one's own place to one's own place, the death mind is the meritorious arising from effort and the trans
