It does not allow equal entry because of four kinds of distance. Among them, the distant support means that the formless support does not manifest any desire realm transformation mind, etc., so the support of the immediately preceding condition of equal entry is impossible. (Or, the mind of the desire realm cannot be the immediately preceding condition of the formless, so the support is distant.) The distant aspect means that one does not view the coarse aspect in the desire realm, and does not view the peaceful aspect in it. The distant object means that it cannot focus on the lower ground, so it does not focus on the desire realm. The distant antidote means that it does not counteract the desire realm (that is, the desire realm is not the object, so it cannot be eliminated). Therefore, the form realm mind can manifest the transformation mind of the desire realm, so it relies on the form realm mind, and views the coarse aspect in it and the peaceful aspect in the formless realm, and focuses on form, and it can counteract the afflictions of the form realm. Therefore, although it is motivated by the virtue of the desire realm and enters the formless realm equally, it must wait for the mind of meditative concentration to manifest in the middle. Therefore, the virtue of the formless realm, the non-obscured and unspecified, and the non-obscured and unspecified of the form realm, and the virtue of the desire realm, when they become cause and effect, those six are impossible. That virtuous mind of the desire realm arises only from the eight minds, that is, when the continuum and the ground are the same, from the four of its own ground, and when emerging from equal entry, it is impossible to enter the virtue born of goodness equally, so it arises from the virtue of the form realm arising from effort and the two stainless ones, and when equal entry is afflicted by afflictions, it arises from the mind obscured by the form realm. (That is, from the afflictions of the upper realm, the virtue of the lower realm is superior.) Moreover, the virtue born of goodness of the desire realm, also for the sake of clarity, it is possible to become the arising from effort of the form realm and the two stainless ones, and the mind of emerging from the equal entry affliction, so from those four, both the virtue born of goodness and the arising from effort of the desire realm arise. Here, it is said that when the ground is the same, the non-obscured arises from the virtue of the desire realm, which means that it arises from the rest other than the transformation mind.

Emanation consciousness arises from purity and oneself, and from the combination of the two. Therefore, it arises only from oneself and the meritorious actions of the form realm, but not from the consciousnesses of the desire realm, such as meritorious actions. Similarly, in the lower realms, it should also be understood during the duration of continuity and the same ground. The reason why others do not arise is that the establishment of six lifetimes is unreasonable. The non-virtuous consciousness of the desire realm arises from the ten consciousnesses except for the two uncontaminated ones (because it is not contradictory to connect to the desire realm even if one dies from any of the six consciousnesses of the upper two realms, that is, it is like that.), when the continuity and ground are the same, except for the emanation consciousness, there are four of one's own ground. When connecting the continuity, when dying and transferring from the upper two realms to be born here, except for the combination of meritorious actions of the form realm and the emanation consciousness and the combination of meritorious actions of the formless realm, there may be a death consciousness, so it is because it follows those three consciousnesses each. The two uncontaminated ones and the six lifetimes are impossible. From the non-virtuous consciousness of the desire realm, four (only) of (one's own ground) arise, when the continuity and ground are the same, except for the emanation consciousness, they are those of one's own ground. (Non-virtue cannot be a combination of virtue of the upper realm, and without abandoning it, the birth consciousness of the upper realm will not arise, and also,) the six consciousnesses of the upper realm and the two uncontaminated ones will not arise, because non-virtue is not a meditative consciousness, and it is impossible to connect to the upper realm from non-virtue, and because the continuity is not the same and the ground is not the same. The obscured and unspecified consciousness of the desire realm also arises after the ten consciousnesses like the non-virtuous consciousness of the desire realm, and four arise from there, it should be known that it also arises after the ten consciousnesses like this, and four arise from there. The unobscured and unspecified consciousness of the desire realm arises from the five consciousnesses, when the continuity and ground are the same, there are four of one's own ground, and when entering the emanation, it is because the emanation consciousness of the desire realm arises from the combination of meritorious actions of the form realm. From the unobscured and unspecified consciousness of the desire realm, what ultimately follows is (those five consciousnesses themselves and the two obscured ones of the upper two realms, that is) seven arise. Like this, the continuity
