Having examined well, these have been shown in order. In order, the aggregates, sources, and elements that appear in other sutras should have their respective characteristics well examined, and be categorized according to what is described in this treatise (the previous descriptions of aggregates, sources, and elements), i.e., whatever possesses which characteristic should be grouped there. For other names such as aggregates mentioned in other sutras, the characteristics of the aggregates, sources, and elements should also be carefully examined and categorized according to what is described in this treatise (the previous descriptions of aggregates, sources, and elements). Among them, (from the three, categorizing the name of aggregate into aggregate is as said in the sutra:) For example, the five aggregates of morality, concentration, wisdom, liberation, and the vision of the knowledge of liberation are, according to the Vaibhashikas, included in the aggregate of form and the aggregate of formations. Because morality is the seven abstentions of body and speech, it is considered form. The others (the latter two aggregates are successively distinctions of aspiration and wisdom,) are mental factors different from feeling and perception (because they arise from the mind). The aggregate of liberation is (the non-learning's) aspiration, and the vision of the knowledge of liberation is a distinction of wisdom. (The last four with their retinue can also be included in four or five aggregates, because those who abide in the six dhyana grounds also have non-manifest form.) The Sutrantikas and others consider the aggregate of morality also as a distinction of thought, therefore all are considered included in the aggregate of formations. Similarly, the aggregates of confessing sins, rejoicing, and requesting are included in the aggregate of formations, because their nature is regret, faith, and intention. These and their retinue are included in the four aggregates. Furthermore, it is said that there are aggregates of right determination, wrong determination, and undetermined; these are included in the five aggregates. Noble ones and those who commit heinous crimes are determined as right and wrong.
