Explanation of aggregates, realms, and sources other than form and mind Explanation of aggregates, realms, and sources other than form and mind Now, the second part is the explanation of aggregates, realms, and sources other than form and mind. Feeling is experiencing the differences of things by one's own power, or some consider it to be the experience to be pursued. Classification: (From the aspect of essence) divided into three: pleasure, pain, and equanimity, or with pleasant and unpleasant feelings, divided into five. From the aspect of support, there are two: physical feeling and mental feeling, or in another way, the six aggregates of feeling. If there is experience in other minds and mental factors, then those also become feelings, and if not, they will not merely be awareness. If asked, it is answered: Although it is not the nature of experiencing by one's own power, there is no fault because it is experiencing by the power of others. Perception is the nature of grasping characteristics. That is, completely cutting off the distinctions such as blue. Classification: (From the aspect of essence) divided into grasping the characteristics of things, grasping blue and so on, and grasping the characteristics of terms, grasping man and woman, etc. Or from the aspect of support, there are six aggregates of perception. (If classified from the aspect of object, according to the Compendium of Topics, all perceptions except for the three perceptions of a child who does not understand words and is not proficient in terminology, and those who abide in the realm of signlessness, cessation of truth, and those who abide in the peak of existence, are perceptions with signs because they have the sign of fabricated names, the sign of conditioned things, and the sign of clarity. And these three perceptions of those who are not proficient in terminology, etc., are, in order, without the sign of fabricated names because they cannot mix sounds and meanings, and without the two signs of fabricated names and conditioned things because the nature of the object appears clearly, and without the sign of clarity because the behavior of the peak of existence is not clear, so these three are perceptions without signs, and the perception known by the desire realm is a small perception, and the perception known by the form realm is a perception that has become vast, and the perception known by the first two formless realms is an immeasurable perception, and the perception known by the realm of nothingness is nothingness.
