For those with dependence, the venerable Little Hunchback died from food poisoning, the venerable Charka was beheaded and killed in a prostitute's place, the Pratyekabuddha was killed by a poisoned arrow, and even the Blessed One Buddha had a sandalwood splinter pierce his foot, his body felt back pain, and Devadatta caused the Buddha's blood to flow by hitting him with a fragment of a wheel-weapon. Thus, the sutras say that the Buddha also experienced the suffering of suffering. The Hearer Arhat is one who has dependence in the three realms, so in the first three dhyanas, there is no suffering of suffering (because contaminated feelings change), so there is the suffering of change, and the remainder of the suffering of conditioning. In the fourth dhyana and above, since there is no suffering of change, there is only the remainder of the suffering of conditioning. When these Arhats (abandon their lives or the three sufferings) and all the contaminated aggregates cease, realizing cessation, it is called without remainder. As it says in the Collection of Special Sayings: 'The body decays, feelings become cool, perception ceases, conditioning is pacified, all consciousnesses are extinguished, this is the end of suffering.' Therefore, this is what is thought. (If that is the case, when obtaining without remainder, if all five aggregates cease, then wouldn't the functioning of conditioned phenomena be interrupted? Answer: This is not established, even if the contaminated aggregates are allowed to cease, the uncontaminated aggregates will not cease, because analytical cessation does not apply to them. If it is said that the uncontaminated ceases by non-analytical cessation because the causes of birth are not complete, then how is it incomplete? The final mind is with another mind, what contradiction is there in connecting the two? etc., because it contradicts these.) The Mahayana practitioners believe that the liberation of Hearers and Solitary Realizers is not true liberation. For the teacher, including the gods, the sandalwood splinter piercing the foot, etc., was shown at that time for the benefit of some who were to be tamed, but there is absolutely no suffering, because all the faults of samsara and nirvana have been abandoned (and the form body is also wisdom), so this is what is thought. However, for the two form bodies, there are the terms 'with remainder' and 'without remainder,' and for the Dharma body, there is the term 'without remainder.' As it says in Entering the Three Bodies: Nirvana with aggregates...

Thus it is established in the two bodies of the Buddha, because it is free from all aggregates. The Dharmakaya has no aggregates, as it is said.

From the "Na," it is excerpted that the nature of that leakage, which is said to be contaminated because it is related to the six gates of leakage, is the root afflictions and near afflictions, which are the essence of leakage. Being related to leakage means that the mind and mental factors that arise simultaneously with leakage, as well as the dominant condition of the eye, etc., are similarly possessed and are the basis. Being bound by leakage means that the virtues of the three realms that are contaminated are completely bound by it as the cause of existence. Being connected to leakage means possessing the evil destinies of leakage. Being in accordance with leakage means not being an antidote to it, but being compatible with it. Or, form, etc., become objects of the root and near afflictions of leakage, and because leakage increases by focusing on them, they are the objects of leakage. What arises from the cause of leakage is its result, so it is said to be contaminated. If these are a collection, then it will be impossible for contamination to exist, because these cannot gather on one. If it is each one, then saying six aspects will become meaningless, so it should be known that any of the six or any appropriate connection is contaminated. (If it arises simultaneously with leakage, then only the five aggregates of appropriation will become that, so the aggregates at the time of virtuous mind and external contamination will be impossible.) Here, some people think that being in accordance with leakage is contaminated, some people think that being focused on by leakage is contaminated, and giving examples of being the basis of leakage is contaminated. For these people, it follows that there can be no other contamination other than mind and mental afflictions, and the truth of cessation and path will also become contaminated (because the scope is too broad), and the six sources of the situation in which afflictions are universally practiced will become contaminated (because the scope is too small before and after). (Space and non-reality are not the objects of leakage. Although leakage arises by focusing on the path of cessation, they are pacified, so leakage will not increase, and because there is no attachment, as an antidote, the afflictions below focusing on the upper ground will not cause the upper ground to increase, because there is no attachment and it is an antidote.) The uncontaminated Dharma is the truth of the path, and not only that, but it should also be known that the three unconditioned dharmas are also, because for what reason? Because for them, leakage will increase.
