I will make offerings, clearly, to the lotus lineage. I will uphold all vows. For the sake of sentient beings' liberation, I will generate the Victorious One (Buddha). I will generate enlightenment, for the lineage of generating Buddhas. Recite the above three times, generating the mind of enlightenment and making aspirations. Here, one should also discard the tooth-cleaning stick and write the six letters previously shown on the six places of the body for protection. Then, recite: 'Om Hrih Vishuddha Dharma Sarva Papa Nishca Asya Shodhaya Sarva Vikalpan Apana Ya Hum' (Om, Hrih, Pure Dharma, All Sins, Purify This, All Discriminations, Remove, Hum), and cleanse the mouth with three handfuls of fragrant water, then place the five nectars on the tongue. Then, visualize the mandala being separated by a curtain, and ask: 'More joyful than joy, who are you?' Answer: 'I am the lord of great bliss, a fortunate one.' Then, recite: 'Om Sarva Yoga Citta Tam Utpadayami' (Om, All Yoga, Mind, Generate), generate the mind of enlightenment, holding the vajra flower to the heart, and recite: 'Om Surate Samaya Tvam Ho Siddhya Vajra Ya Thasukham' (Om, Blissful Vow, You, Ho, Accomplish Vajra, As Pleasure), holding the vajra on the crown of the head, and say: 'Now you will be blessed by all the Tathagatas. You should also regard the secret mandala of all the Tathagatas as supreme, and do not speak of it to those who have not entered the mandala, nor to those who do not have faith.' Then, recite: 'Om Yamantakrit Hum' (Om, Yamantaka, Hum), guide him, and with 'Ah Kham Vira Hum' (Ah, Kham, Hero, Hum) visualize him entering the curtain, reciting 'Maha Rata Sudi Dha Sutosya Susukho Vajra Sastva Adya Sidhyam Mam', indicating that he is circumambulating. With palms joined, at the east gate of the mandala, recite: 'Om Sarva Tathagata Pujosasthanaya, Admanam Niryatami Sarva Tathagata Vajrasattva Adhitistha Mam' (Om, All Tathagatas, Place of Offering, I Offer Myself, All Tathagatas, Vajrasattva, Please Bless Me). 'rbA satva pa ri trA Na arthaM Ad ma naM nIryA ta yA mi'（为了利益有情众生而进入）以此向喇嘛（上师）顶礼，观想其遍布各方，并以意念行礼。然后将金刚杵置于头顶，念诵：‘如今你已为一切如来所摄受。因此，我将为你生起金刚智慧，凭借此智慧，你将获得一切如来的成就，更不必说其他的成就了。’不要在未见过此坛城者面前谈论此事，否则你将违犯誓言。’说完，手持金刚杵于头顶，摇动铃铛，念诵：‘此乃誓言金刚。此誓言金刚，若你向他人泄露，则头颅碎裂。’然后，手持金刚杵于心间，念诵：‘嗡，今日金刚萨埵（Vajrasattva）真实地进入你的心中。若泄露此秘密，立即粉身碎骨。’如此告诫后，用拇指和无名指捏住海螺，注入水，念诵：‘此乃你的地狱之水，违背誓言则焚烧，遵守誓言则成就。饮此金刚甘露之水！’念诵‘嗡，班杂 阿弥利达 乌达嘎 吽 (oM paJca amRita utaka hUM)’（五甘露水），并令其饮用誓言之水。然后，手持金刚杵于头顶，念诵：‘从今以后，你就是金刚持（Vajradhara）了。我所吩咐之事，你必须遵行。你也不得轻视我，若不舍弃恶行而终此一生，则将堕入地狱。’通过听从上师的教诲来坚守誓言。如是，从上师提问开始，到坚守誓言的次第，乃是其他论典中所述之方式。在此，为了自身入坛，即使不做这些，也没有妨碍。’然后，为了降临本尊，令弟子瞬间观想为空性，之后从‘ཨུ་’（藏文，梵文天城体U，梵文罗马拟音U，无）字生起无量光＜三面六臂＞，祈请：‘祈请一切如来加持，愿金刚萨埵降临于我！’念诵三遍。于自身心间，观想从‘ལཾ’（藏文，梵文天城体laM，梵文罗马拟音laM，地）字生起的黄色方形土地坛城，以金刚杵为标志，坛城中央有日轮，日轮上有蓝色‘ཧཱུྃ’（藏文，梵文天城体hUM，梵文罗马拟音hUM，吽）字。于头顶，观想从‘བཾ’（藏文，梵文天城体vaM，梵文罗马拟音vaM，水）字生起的白色圆形水坛城，以宝瓶为标志。

'rbA satva pa ri trA Na arthaM Ad ma naM nIryA ta yA mi' (Entering for the benefit of sentient beings). With this, prostrate to the Lama (Guru), visualize him as being present in all directions, and offer homage mentally. Then, place the Vajra on the crown of the head and recite: 'Now you have been accepted into the family of all the Tathagatas. Therefore, I shall generate the Vajra wisdom for you, by which you will attain the accomplishments of all the Tathagatas, let alone other accomplishments.' Do not speak of this to those who have not seen this Mandala, lest you break your vows.' Having said this, hold the Vajra on the head, ring the bell, and recite: 'This is the Vajra of Vows. If you reveal this Vajra of Vows to others, your head will be shattered.' Then, holding the Vajra at the heart, recite: 'oM, today Vajrasattva truly enters your heart. If you reveal this secret, you will be instantly crushed to pieces.' After this admonition, hold a conch shell with the thumb and ring finger, pour water into it, and recite: 'This is your water of hell, which burns if you break your vows, and brings accomplishment if you keep them. Drink this Vajra nectar water!' Recite 'oM paJca amRita utaka hUM' (five nectar water), and have him drink the water of the oath. Then, holding the Vajra on the crown of the head, recite: 'From now on, you are Vajradhara. You must do whatever I command. You must not despise me, and if you do not abandon evil deeds and end your life, you will fall into hell.' Uphold the vows by listening to the Lama's teachings. Thus, from the Lama's questions to the sequence of upholding the vows, is the method described in other treatises. Here, for the purpose of entering the Mandala oneself, it is understood that there is no contradiction even if these are not done.' Then, in order to invoke the deity, have the disciple visualize emptiness for a moment, and then generate from the syllable 'ཨུ་' (Tibetan, Devanagari U, Romanized U, no meaning) limitless light ＜with three faces and six arms＞, and pray: 'Please bless all the Tathagatas, may Vajrasattva descend upon me!' Recite this three times.
