空中亦无相状，与虚空相合，一切皆显现为至高之平等性。从今以后立下誓言，仅凭生起菩提心，从今天起直到永远，将无上之佛法之号角，从各方面完全充满世间，请您转动法轮。 为了利益一切众生，在世间一切处，以各种方式调伏众生，请您转动法轮。以智慧和方便为自性之我，视如如意宝珠，以无忧无虑、毫无疑惑之心，如此成办众生之利益！应给予如是之加持。 如是，在西门获得以智慧之面容给予加持之灌顶，因此能够转动法轮，并思维已远离智慧金刚之垢染。如是，于大坛城中以七种灌顶完全灌顶，获得被授记为七地之自在者，并思维已成为密咒之优婆夷。念诵：嗡 萨瓦 达塔嘎达 萨普塔 阿比谢卡 萨普塔 布弥 普拉斯托 吽 (藏文：ༀ་སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏཱ་སབ་ཏ་ཨ་བྷི་ཤེ་ཀ་སབ་ཏ་བྷཱུ་མི་པྲཱས་ཏོ་ཧཾ།，梵文天城体：ॐ सर्व तथागत सप्त अभिषेक सप्त भूमि प्राप्तो हुं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ sarva tathāgata sapta abhiṣeka sapta bhūmi prāpto huṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡，一切如来，七灌顶，七地获得，吽)，以此生起获得七灌顶之我慢。 然后念诵：无始无终之勇士，金刚萨埵大欢喜，普贤普贤为一切之主，金刚慢母为自性之主。并安住于金刚自性之中。念诵：此乃一切诸佛，随智慧妙音之后而说，于菩提胜处诸佛所喜，您亦应恒常执持。并令其执持金刚铃之自性。然后开示清净之法：必须对金刚种姓者进行夜晚之断行，对于宝剑亦无真实之语。对于珍宝，应劫夺他人之财物；对于至高之莲花种姓者，亦应劫夺他人之妻女。酒与灯火、诸佛与善良之境，一切皆应于轮涅中享用。对于莲花等一切女子，对于弯刀亦不应轻蔑虚空之莲花。为了众生之利益，应布施此具足财物之身体，不应守护。种姓之子，如是成佛，诸佛如是说，非以其他无量劫而成。应如是宣说，并劝诫舍弃根本堕罪，亦应宣说：若因动摇之影响而犯根本堕罪，则将堕入地狱，此乃痛苦。

There is no characteristic in space either. By uniting with the sky, all is clear as the supreme equality. From now on, make a vow that just by generating the mind of enlightenment, from this day forward, the horn of the supreme Dharma will be completely filled in all aspects throughout the world. Please turn the wheel of Dharma. For the benefit of all sentient beings, in all places in the world, in all ways to tame them, please turn the wheel of Dharma. The self-nature of wisdom and means, seeing it like a wish-fulfilling jewel, with a carefree and doubt-free mind, thus accomplish the benefit of sentient beings! Such blessings should be given. Thus, at the western gate, by receiving the empowerment of blessing with the face of wisdom, one is able to turn the wheel of Dharma, and think that one has become free from the defilements of the wisdom vajra. Thus, by fully empowering with the seven empowerments in the great mandala, one obtains the prophecy of being the master of the seven grounds, and thinks that one has become a lay practitioner of mantra. Recite: Om Sarva Tathagata Sapta Abhiseka Sapta Bhumi Prasto Hum (藏文：ༀ་སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏཱ་སབ་ཏ་ཨ་བྷི་ཤེ་ཀ་སབ་ཏ་བྷཱུ་མི་པྲཱས་ཏོ་ཧཾ།，梵文天城体：ॐ सर्व तथागत सप्त अभिषेक सप्त भूमि प्राप्तो हुं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ sarva tathāgata sapta abhiṣeka sapta bhūmi prāpto huṃ，Literal meaning: Om, all tathagatas, seven empowerments, seven grounds attained, Hum), thus holding the pride of having obtained the seven empowerments. Then recite: The hero without beginning or end, Vajrasattva great joy, Samantabhadra, the lord of all, Vajra Pride Mother, the lord of self. And abide in the vajra nature itself. Recite: This is what all the Buddhas, following the melody of wisdom, have said. The Victorious Ones rejoice in the supreme enlightenment. You too should always hold it. And let him hold the nature of the vajra bell itself. Then, teaching the pure Dharma: It is necessary to perform the night cutting for those of the vajra lineage, and there is no truth in the words of the sword. For jewels, one should steal the wealth of others; for the supreme lotus lineage, one should also steal the wives and daughters of others. Wine and lamps, Buddhas and virtuous realms, all should be enjoyed in the wheel. For all women, including young women, one should not despise the lotus of the sky even for the curved knife. For the sake of sentient beings, this body with wealth should be given away, and should not be protected. Son of the lineage, thus becoming a Buddha, the Buddhas say that it is not achieved by other immeasurable kalpas. 'If the guru's mind is disturbed, the disciples will commit a root downfall like catching a rabbit.' 'If, contemplating the guru's teachings, one's mind changes, or if one becomes angry with one's dharma brothers, this is the third downfall.' 'Abandoning loving-kindness will become the fourth downfall; if bodhicitta is severely diminished, it will also become a cause of downfall.' 'The sixth is to denigrate established philosophical tenets, revealing secrets to the immature.' 'From the aggregates of affliction, a nāga (serpent) will arise; again, the ninth is to distrust pure dharma.' 'Illusory loving-kindness, and being separated from names, etc., giving bliss, yet clinging to sects and violence.' 'Criticizing pure beings is worse than breaking vows received from the sun.' 'One will certainly denigrate all women, especially for those abiding in the Vajrayana.' That's it. When one prefers brevity, it is permissible not to recite these, but when initiating disciples, it is essential to recite them. Thus, in the colored powder mandala, by bestowing the seven initiations upon a child, they are empowered to recite mantras and contemplate the wheel of the mandala. In order to accomplish worldly siddhis (achievements) up to the ultimate state of Akanishta (highest heaven), and to lead all sentient beings, thereby obtaining the fruits of merit and wisdom. I will give prophecy and permission. One should say thus, and the guru should act in the manner of the Tathagata, rescuing from the evil destinies of samsara, in order to completely pacify samsara. Vajrasattva Tathagata, I will give you prophecy. 'Hey! You, so-and-so Vajra, tathāgatāśiṣya samaya stvaṃ bhūr bhuva svaḥ (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：如来弟子三昧耶，愿你存在于地、空、天).' Whoever is thus prophesied, all the Tathagatas will give the prophecy of perfect and complete enlightenment. One should also say thus. Here, the pure appearance of the mandala and the deity has already been explained in the context of the sadhana (practice). Regarding the purification of initiation and the subsequent permission of mantras, it should be done when initiating the disciple; it is not necessary to do it here. This is the ritual of the seven initiations. Then, in order to request the higher initiations, one should offer a mandala and offer a beautiful maiden free from faults such as fear and confusion, aged between twelve and twenty, adorned with all ornaments, and with colored powder, who is mature in initiation and instruction.
