如果最初能获得开示，并如法修行，当红色雨云在黎明时蔓延，一天后就会下雨。如果云像母山羊的肚子，两天后就会下雨。如果云呈红褐色或黑色，向南方移动，大约三天后就会下雨。如果黑云像野猪奔跑一样从西向北移动，当天就会下雨。如果云像婢女提水一样旋转，旧云消散，新云覆盖，下层的云向北，上层的云向南移动并交战，就会下雨。雾气在山顶聚集是好兆头。如果云呈红色、黑色、红褐色、灰色，且颈部粗大，就会下雨。如果云从西边升起并聚集到北方，也是好兆头。 如果不下雨的征兆是：如果黑云变成白云，就不会下雨。如果云头向南移动，上下颠倒，东西交错，就不会下雨。如果在东方出现像白色花朵一样的云，意味着龙族会阻止降雨。如果在南方出现像须弥山一样的云，意味着死神阎罗王的阻碍。如果从西方出现像野猪一样的云，意味着龙族在作祟。如果在北方出现像红色云朵跳动一样的云，意味着夜叉在制造障碍。 大旱的征兆是：出现漩涡状的云，西边的云层摇曳，地面的湿气不显现，东边的雨水被带到南方，以及闪电的出现。首先，如果雷声在西方响起，当晚就会下雨。如果在北方响起，一天后会下雨。如果在地面响起，会有暴雨。如果在晴朗的天空中响起，是好兆头。如果雷声沉闷而短暂，就会有冰雹。 其次，如果雷声在南方响起，是旱雷。如果在东方响起，就不会下雨。如果雷声轰鸣震耳欲聋，但仍然不下雨，意味着咒语不纯净。如果雨水落入人间，是阴影的征兆。如果闪电细长，就不会下雨。 第三，如果出现红色闪电，就会有暴雨。如果出现像断了舌头的蛇一样的灰色闪电，就会下雨。如果在西北方向闪电，是好兆头。不下雨的征兆是：如果闪电是白色的，就不会下雨。如果干燥的闪电向南移动，就不会下雨。如果流星划过，出现白色和红色的云彩，从南向北移动，意味着之前的雨水不会落下。第三部分分为两点：保护免受雷击的禅修和指示躲避冰雹的方法。第一点分为三部分：四道闪电母尊、金伞母尊和法生母尊。首先，在安住于自生本尊之上，在如同虚空般广阔的金色轮盘上，轮盘具有千根辐条，其上安住着释迦牟尼佛（Shakyamuni，释迦牟尼）。在千根辐条上，安住着贤劫千佛。在轮盘的中心

If initially one receives instruction and practices accordingly, when red rain clouds spread at dawn, it will rain after one day. If the clouds resemble the belly of a female goat, it will rain after two days. If the clouds are reddish-brown or black and move southward, it will rain after about three days. If black clouds move from west to north like a running wild boar, it will rain on the same day. If the clouds rotate like a maidservant carrying water, the old clouds dissipate and new clouds cover, and the lower clouds move north while the upper clouds move south and clash, it will rain. Mist gathering on the mountaintops is a good omen. If the clouds are red, black, reddish-brown, or gray, and have thick necks, it will rain. If clouds rise from the west and gather in the north, it is also a good omen. Signs of no rain are: if black clouds turn into white clouds, it will not rain. If the cloud head moves south, and the upper and lower parts are reversed, and the east and west are crossed, it will not rain. If white clouds like flowers appear in the east, it means the nagas are obstructing the rain. If clouds like Mount Meru appear in the south, it means the obstruction of Yama, the Lord of Death. If clouds like a wild boar appear from the west, it means the nagas are causing trouble. If clouds like red clouds jumping appear in the north, it means the yakshas are creating obstacles. Signs of a great drought are: the appearance of swirling clouds, the swaying of clouds in the west, the absence of visible ground moisture, the carrying of rain from the east to the south, and the observation of lightning. First, if thunder sounds in the west, it will rain that night. If it sounds in the north, it will rain after one day. If it sounds on the ground, there will be heavy rain. If it sounds in a clear sky, it is a good omen. If the thunder is dull and short, there will be hail. Secondly, if thunder sounds in the south, it is dry thunder. If it sounds in the east, it will not rain. If the thunder roars and booms but still does not rain, it means the mantra is impure. If rain falls in the human realm, it is a sign of shadows. If the lightning is thin and long, it is a sign that it will not rain. Thirdly, if red lightning appears, there will be heavy rain. If gray lightning appears like a severed snake's tongue, it will rain. If lightning flashes in the northwest, it is a good omen. Signs of no rain are: if the lightning is white, it will not rain. If dry lightning moves south, it will not rain. If a shooting star appears, and white and red clouds spread, moving from south to north, it means the previous rain will not fall. The third part is divided into two points: meditation to protect from lightning and instructions on how to avoid hail. The first point is divided into three parts: the Four Lightning Mothers, the Golden Umbrella Mother, and the Dharma-arising Mother. First, abiding in one's own chosen deity, on a golden wheel as vast as the sky, with a thousand spokes, resides Shakyamuni (Shakyamuni, 释迦牟尼).
