我向上师 Konchok Srung(དཀོན་མཆོག་སྲུངས་,Jewel Protector)请求了。’ 当他去世时,听说在 Dorje Gang(རྡོ་རྗེ་གངས་,Vajra Snow Mountain)建造了一座外塔,即层叠的佛塔,于是他满怀信心地前往。 我问:‘据说上师 Namla Tsek(གནམ་ལ་བརྩེགས་,Sky High)的外塔在这附近,但现在看不到了。 他回答说:‘这片略微凸起的土地上曾经有一座小型的层叠佛塔,有些人说这是由一位名叫 Gewa Nyen Dampa(དགེ་བ་གཉེན་དད་པ་,Virtuous Friend Believer)的人建造的公共佛塔。有些人说这是 Droton Namtsek(འགྲོ་སྟོན་གནམ་བརྩེགས་,Droton Sky High)的外塔,里面没有出现舍利。 Gang(གངས་,Snow Mountain)的管理员在我年轻时是这样说的。 上师 Yumo(ཡུ་མོ་,Turquoise Mother)属于 Dungru Ngam(གདུང་རུས་རྔམ་,Fearsome Lineage)家族,父亲是 Ngam Trowo(རྔམ་ཁྲོ་བོ་,Fearsome Wrathful One)。他出生在冈底斯山(Kang Tise,གངས་ཏི་སེ,Mount Kailash)附近,有四个兄弟(Shakya Gyaltsen(ཤཱཀྱ་རྒྱལ་མཚན།,Shakya's Banner of Victory), Zhonnu Dorje Chang(གཞོན་ནུ་རྡོར་བྱང་,Young Vajra Holder), Tsultrim Sherab(ཚུལ་ཤེས།,Moral Wisdom), Lama Chenpo(བླ་མ་ཆེན་པོ་,Great Lama))。

When asked if he could give these (referring to certain items), he said, 'I don't have anything better than these either. Everything is complete, so I won't give it to anyone.' He swore not to give it to others, and then put on a rosary, but the Lama did not fully agree. I requested Lama Konchok Srung When told this, he took off the rosary, said 'You wicked person,' and threw a handful of sand on his head, saying, 'Now you can't hear.' I said, 'Please don't say that.' and asked, 'Why can't you hear?' Then he showed him much respect, and the Paṇḍita (scholar) was also pleased. In this way, from the Paṇḍita and Lama Konchok Srung, he listened to the three explanations of the Bodhicitta commentary, including the text, instructions, and all parts. When he passed away, it was heard that an outer stupa, a tiered pagoda, was built at Dorje Gang (རྡོ་རྗེ་གངས་, Vajra Snow Mountain), so he went with faith. When I and many disciples went to circumambulate and prostrate, the stupa had collapsed, and even the traces were not visible. There lived an old monk. I asked, 'It is said that the outer stupa of Lama Namla Tsek (གནམ་ལ་བརྩེགས་, Sky High) is in this area, but it is not visible now. Have you heard of it?' He replied, 'On this slightly raised land, there used to be a small tiered stupa, some said it was a public stupa built by a person named Gewa Nyen Dampa Some said it was the outer stupa of Droton Namtsek (འགྲོ་སྟོན་གནམ་བརྩེགས་, Droton Sky High), in which no relics appeared. Many people dug up the land of the stupa in order to obtain relics, and after a few years the stupa also collapsed. In the Tsa Tsas (small clay stupas), it was written "May Lama Namla Tsek be satisfied," which I also saw. But later no one repaired it, so it became like this.' The caretaker of Gang (གངས་, Snow Mountain) said this when I was young. On the mound that was said to be the site of the stupa, we prostrated and searched with devotion, and we found hundreds of relics. We were very surprised, made Tsa Tsas from the soil of the stupa site, and built a tiered stupa with my property, which still stands at Gang (གངས་, Snow Mountain). Lama Yumo (ཡུ་མོ་, Turquoise Mother) belonged to the Dungru Ngam (གདུང་རུས་རྔམ་, Fearsome Lineage) family, and his father was Ngam Trowo (རྔམ་ཁྲོ་བོ་, Fearsome Wrathful One). He was born near Mount Kailash (Kang Tise, གངས་ཏི་སེ, Mount Kailash), and had four brothers (Shakya Gyaltsen (ཤཱཀྱ་རྒྱལ་མཚན།, Shakya's Banner of Victory), Zhonnu Dorje Chang (གཞོན་ནུ་རྡོར་བྱང་, Young Vajra Holder), Tsultrim Sherab (ཚུལ་ཤེས།, Moral Wisdom), Lama Chenpo (བླ་མ་ཆེན་པོ་, Great Lama)). --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

At that time, he was still young. Gradually, he went to the La-tod Lho region. At the age of ten, he was at the mCher gnas place in Lho, where Khenpo Tag lo gzhon byang was residing. He took the novice vows, and when it was time to give him a name, the Khenpo said, 'Your lineage is Ngam (rngam), and you are very devout, so I will name you Ngam btsun dad pa rgyal po.' Thus, he was given the name. He listened to the Dharma from the Khenpo and stayed there for two years. After that, he went to Don mo ri, and there he listened to many teachings on the Abhisamayalankara and the Prajnaparamita from Se ston sgra gcan 'dzin and dGe gnas su bar ston thos pa dga'. He himself named 'Yu mo' (yu mo) as Ladakh (La dwags). After that, he listened to Madhyamaka and Pramana teachings at dPa' dge mthong and sNyegs la. After that, he intended to listen to the Vinaya teachings. At that time, the Vinaya holder of Sog was known to be proficient in the Vinaya. He went there and listened to all the Vinaya teachings, and he completely memorized the root text. He also listened to the teachings on conduct. He also listened to the tantric teachings such as Hevajra and stayed there. A friend asked him what he would do in winter, and he said, 'I will do retreat and copy tantric scriptures.' The friend said, 'If so, I have a copy of the Hevajra commentary written by Dorje Nyinpo (rDo rje snying po), would you like to borrow it?' After hearing this, his past habits awakened, and he developed great faith. He asked, 'Can I borrow that book?' The friend said, 'Yes.' Then he borrowed it to copy and read, and he developed great faith and asked, 'Is there anyone who explains this book?' The friend said, 'It is said that Somanatha explains this book.' But he thought, 'Is this a person from the past?' So he did not thoroughly investigate. After that, in order to listen to the conduct teachings of Khams pa lde'u ba, he went to U-Tsang (dbus), where he listened to the Dharma. At that time, he heard that Pandit Zla ba mgon po was residing in sKar chung. He remembered the previous matter and asked, 'Does he know the commentary of Dorje Nyinpo?' The friend said, 'Not only that, he is proficient in general tantras, especially the three commentaries headed by the Great Commentary on the Kalachakra Tantra (dpal dus kyi 'khor lo'i 'grel pa chen po).' He asked, 'If I request, will he give it?' The friend said, 'Generally it is difficult, but he is now preparing to go to Nepal (bal yul), but he has not found a servant. If you can be a servant, he may give it.' He was very happy and went to see him. Sumpa Dorje Shonnu (sum pa rdo rje gzhon nu) met him and entrusted him as a guide to request the Dharma. The Pandit and Lama were very pleased. When he was proofreading the root mantra of Hevajra (kye'i rdo rje'i rtsa sngags) and the Hundred Syllable Mantra (yi ge brgya pa), he met them. . --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
