The commentary on the first Bhumi (stage of a Bodhisattva) was composed by Miwo Nyingpo, who also created various foundational works such as 'Hundred Yogas' (Sbyorwa Gyapa). He proofread many sutras and shastras, and wrote numerous commentaries and annotations, making great contributions to the Buddhist teachings. He (the author) listened to many teachings on secular subjects such as grammar, poetics, metrics, and lexicography, and heard many sutras and shastras. In particular, he heard the Kalachakra (Dus kyi Khorlo, Wheel of Time) Tantra and its commentaries directly from the wise one, based on the Sanskrit original. I (the author) compiled these into an easily understandable Tibetan, and proofread the translations that could not be modified. I also carefully proofread the grammar and metrics that needed to be studied based on the Sanskrit original, and made annotations on the pages. My understanding of grammar, poetics, metrics, and lexicography is due to the blessings of this holy person. The commentary on the Hevajra (Kye'i Dorje) by Bodhisattva Dorje Nyingpo, the two 'Great Commentaries' (Naro Drenchhen) of Naropa, and the instructions and root commentary on the 'Six-Branched Yoga' (Sbyorwa Yanlag Drug) by the great scholar Pemé Tso and Ravi Shri, I have all proofread and made very precise revisions. He also gave me the translation. In addition, Chöjé Jamsar received the explanations, initiations, and instructions of the Dro translation tradition (Dro Gyur) from Lama Galo. Therefore, the teachings transmitted from Galo are also considered to be a complete teaching that integrates both the Ra and Dro traditions. Furthermore, Chöjé Mön Drapa heard the teachings from Künchen Dzimpa Rinshe. Both Dzimpa Rinshe and Lama Galo fully mastered the Dro and Ra systems of teachings, which Geshé Tsultrim Dar from Ü-Tsang inquired about. Tsultrim Dar then inquired with the great Lama Kalachakrapa Yeshe Rinchen, and Lama Yönten Gyatso said: 'Therefore, he adorns himself with the instructions of both traditions.' Moreover, the explanations and instructions transmitted from Jetsun Manlung Guru were received through Lama Lotsawa Drakpa Gyaltsen, Lama Drubpa Palzangpo, the great Bodhisattva Gyalwa Yeshe, and Chöjé Yönten Gyatso. The Kalachakra translated by the great translator Shükyé himself, as well as the stories and oral instructions heard from many panditas, were also obtained from this Chöjé. The above history of the Dro lineage lamas was recorded by Dharma Shwara, the son of Lama Yumo, based on Lama Yumo's words. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

It is written as Namkhai O and Drubthob Semoche expanded it. The histories of the Rwa tradition are written as composed by Lama Galo and Lama Yeshe Rinchen. I have also written based on the works of my holy guru, the great translator Khenchen Buton Zhap, who mastered many scriptures, and from the notes taken by Lama Drubchok of the teachings of Shudkye Lotsawa. The rest is written without addition or subtraction, as it appears in the teachings of the glorious Lama Yonten Gyatso Pa, the great Dharma Lord himself, the chief of all translators, the sacred eye of the world, the glorious Lodro Tenpai. I also received the complete Kalachakra empowerment, the introductory tantra for the Vajra Acharya empowerment, and the transmission of the eighty-one abodes from Dharma Lord Rintse, and Lama Jamyang Khontonpa, the foremost disciple of Shang Dorje Rinchen, the successor of that very one. Some say that this biography of the guru should be written in more detail. However, because the volumes of tantras and commentaries are extremely large, many say that this much is sufficient. I myself also think so, so I have written only this summary, at the repeated request of some devout disciples. If there are any mistakes, I confess to the holy ones. May this virtue lead me to follow the holy gurus in all lifetimes, travel the path of secret mantra Vajrayana, and attain the state of Vajradhara! This was written by Shakya monk Chokdrak Palzangpo at Palsang Monastery, in the Wood Sheep year (1355 AD), on the fifteenth day of the white side of the month of Gyozhin (December). May this benefit countless beings! The scribe was the virtuous friend Rinchen Pal. May all the worlds be auspicious! Recited once.
