In order to give, this is said: Thus, you have completed the ritual of confessing sins. Now, in order to introduce the meaning of the true nature, listen without being distracted by other thoughts. The Blessed One said in the Lankavatara Sutra: "The mind disturbed by habits, Manifests as meaningful things. In reality, it is meaningless, just the nature of mind, Seeing external things as real is wrong." And, in the Ten Bhumi Sutra, it is said: "O sons of the Victorious Ones, these three realms are only mind." Therefore, the external container world and the internal sentient beings, appearing in various forms, all of this is from beginningless time, due to the power of habituating negative habits, appearing as if they exist when they do not. In particular, whatever appears to you in this bardo state, such as happiness, suffering, good, bad, fear, and so on, all of it is due to the delusion of mind, grasping what is non-existent as existent, thereby causing distress. Therefore, do not grasp these as real, understand them as like illusory horses and cattle. Just as the external objects of grasping are not truly established, likewise, the internal grasping mind is also not truly established. As the Eight Thousand Stanza Sutra says: "Mind has no mind, the nature of mind is luminosity." And, in the Ratnakuta Sutra, it is said: "O Kashyapa, mind is not inside, nor outside, nor in between the two, and is imperceptible." And so on. Therefore, looking at the true nature of mind, it does not exist anywhere in the three places of the body, inside, outside, or in between. Its essence is not established as self-formed. In short, understand it as being free from the sight of the Buddhas, its nature luminous like the sky. Furthermore, the Bodhicaryavatara says: "The antidote to the darkness of afflictions and cognitive obscurations is emptiness. Since you desire to quickly attain all-knowing, why do you not meditate on it?" And, the Compendium says: "Whoever well obtains this Prajnaparamita, Before long will touch the supreme enlightenment of the Victorious Ones." Therefore, by habituating the wisdom that realizes the non-existence of grasper and grasped, one destroys all the darkness of the two obscurations, thereby increasing the qualities of the grounds and paths, and ultimately attaining the state of non-abiding nirvana. Therefore, cut off all the elaborations of conceptual grasping, all dharmas

Continuously meditate on that which is free from all elaborations. Even if you meditate in this way, if, due to the influence of past negative imprints, illusory appearances such as fear arise, then practice this instruction to recognize them as the four kāyas. That is, observe from where the illusory appearance initially arises. Since it does not arise from any place such as a location, it is the unborn dharmakāya. From that which is unborn, there is nothing that can cease, so it is the unceasing sambhogakāya. In between arising and ceasing, there is no abiding, so it is the non-abiding nirmāṇakāya. The inseparability of these three is the svābhāvikakāya, which is realized by the buddhas. Identical to the four kāyas of the resultant time, this is what you inherently possess, so recognize it and gain stability. Once you recognize it, the illusory appearances will simultaneously dissolve into their own place. Now, for the sake of your beloved relatives who remain behind, you should dedicate to yourself offerings of food, clothing, wealth, and all necessities. You should visualize yourself as the deity, bless these desirable objects as a gaṇacakra, and enjoy them. For this purpose, please make the following visualization: Visualize yourself as the noble Avalokiteśvara. From his heart, rays of light radiate, touching you, merging with you without separation, and transforming into the state of inconceivable emptiness. Purify with the mantra (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་མ་ཧཱ་ཤུ་ནྱ་ཏ་ཛྙཱ་ན།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ महाशून्यताज्ञान, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ mahāśūnyatājñāna, Literal Chinese Meaning: Om, Great, Emptiness, Wisdom). From within emptiness, upon a jeweled throne, on a seat of stacked lotus, sun, and moon cushions, you instantly transform into the Bhagavan glorious Vajrasattva, with a body color that is white and radiant, one face, and two arms. The right hand holds the wisdom-emptiness vajra at the heart, and the left hand rests the appearance-emptiness bell on the hip. The right leg is extended, and the left leg is bent in a playful posture. The hair is tied upwards in a topknot, with the remainder falling downwards. Adorned with various jeweled ornaments and silk garments, etc., possessing the attire of the complete enjoyment body. From within the expanse of appearance-emptiness rainbow light, the splendor of the marks and signs blazes supremely. At his heart, abide the forty-two peaceful deities. At the crown of his head, abide the fifty-eight wrathful deities. At his throat, abide the assembly of pure vidyādharas. Furthermore, within all the channels and pores, the three roots and countless buddhas are as dense as a sesame seed pod.
