Meditating on the essence of compassion, the result will be the accomplishment of the two bodies: the Dharmakaya and the Rupakaya. If we summarize the essence of practice, it is the three trainings. These three are included in the six perfections, namely, discipline is included in the perfection of discipline, and the two trainings of concentration and wisdom are covered by the last two perfections. Therefore, a brief description of the six perfections is as follows: Giving has two types: material giving and Dharma giving. The object of giving is the thing to be given, not the giving itself, because giving lies in the mind of generosity. Material giving accomplishes enjoyment. Discipline has three types, such as the discipline of abstaining from misconduct, such as the discipline of abandoning the ten non-virtuous actions, etc., and if divided separately, there are many. Its function is to accomplish the high status of gods and humans. Patience also has three types, such as accepting suffering, etc., which accomplishes a beautiful form. Diligence also has three types, which accomplishes all virtuous actions. Samadhi makes the mind abide in peace, and wisdom liberates the mind. These two can also be divided into three types, this is a brief description. The benefits are as stated by the Protector Nagarjuna: "Giving brings enjoyment, discipline brings happiness, patience brings radiance, diligence brings majesty, samadhi brings peace, and wisdom brings liberation." Thus it is said. It is also mentioned in the Vinaya Pitaka. In general, the conduct of Bodhisattvas is immeasurable, but if summarized, it is certain to be special if one constantly dedicates and aspires with the intention of wanting to emulate the conduct of the three protectors, such as the noble Avalokiteshvara. No matter what kind of virtuous deeds, big or small, one should make dedications and aspirations at the end to transform them into perfect enlightenment. With special dedications and aspirations, small roots of virtue can become great roots of virtue, and no matter how big or small, they can exist, increase, and become inexhaustible, etc. Now let's briefly describe other methods of practice. Although there are many methods, one of them is: reciting three times "Buddha, Dharma, Sangha", and then visualizing in the sky in front of oneself, on the pistil of a lotus with a thousand petals, on a jeweled throne supported by eight great lions, on a seat of variegated lotus and moon, sits the Bhagavan, the glorious Victorious Shakyamuni.

His body is like pure gold, with one face and two arms, the right hand in the earth-touching mudra, and the left hand in the meditation mudra, holding a bowl filled with nectar. He is adorned with all the perfect marks and signs, and sits in the vajra posture in the midst of a mass of light. To his right is Maitreya, with a reddish-yellow complexion, holding the Dharma wheel mudra. His left hand holds a tree symbolizing the all-encompassing Nagarjuna, and his head is adorned with a stupa of enlightenment. To his left is the venerable Manjushri, with a reddish-yellow complexion, holding a sword of wisdom in his right hand and a book of the Prajnaparamita in his left, appearing as a sixteen-year-old youth. In front is Avalokiteshvara, with a white complexion, the first two of his four arms joined in prayer, and the remaining two holding a crystal rosary and a white lotus. All three are adorned with silk garments and various precious ornaments, and sit in the vajra posture. Behind is the venerable Vajrapani, with a blue complexion, raising a vajra in his right hand and making a threatening gesture with his left hand at his heart, standing with his left leg extended. On the right side are the brothers Asanga and Vasubandhu, and other lamas of the vast conduct lineage. On the left side are Nagarjuna and his son, and other lamas of the profound view lineage. Surrounding them are all the yidam deities, Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, Shravakas, Pratyekabuddhas, heroes, dakinis, Dharma protectors, and guardian deities. Above them, on a lion throne, is the victorious Vajradhara, surrounded by Indrabhuti, Saraha, Luipa, Krishnacharya, and Lalitavajra, and other lamas of the practice and blessing lineage. On the crown of all of them is Oṃ (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡). At the throat is Āḥ (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿). At the heart is Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽). From the Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) at the heart, rays of light emanate, inviting from the realm of reality the Shakyamuni Vajradhara and other lamas of the direct lineage, as well as the yidam deities, Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, Shravakas, Pratyekabuddhas, and the assembly of peaceful and wrathful deities.
