Assuming that he is a Khenpo, please listen, Teacher. I, named so-and-so, request the Teacher to be my Khenpo. Please, Teacher, be my Khenpo. Please, Teacher Khenpo, grant me full ordination. Say this three times. Here, if it is a Khenpo, then say that; if it is neither a Khenpo nor an Acharya, then it is necessary to change it to "monk." At the end of the third time, he becomes the Khenpo for full ordination, and at the end, perform skillful means. Then, seek three prostrations and instruct, "Come before me." As an assistant, fold the three Dharma garments separately, place them on the left shoulder. The Khenpo and the one to be ordained both stand, or if it is not comfortable, the one to be ordained stands, both with their left hand below and their right hand above. Holding the actual saṃghāṭī, or if it is just a substitute that cannot be its material, think, "May this saṃghāṭī be blessed," and repeat this. If it is a saṃghāṭī, then say: "Please listen, Khenpo. I, named so-and-so, have made this Dharma garment. May this Dharma garment, which is suitable for proper use, be blessed as a saṃghāṭī." Say this three times. For a substitute that is not the real thing, say: "I, named so-and-so, may this garment be blessed as a saṃghāṭī." It is necessary to say it like this, that is the difference. Perform skillful means and move it to the right shoulder. Similarly, for the upper robe and the lower robe, one should generate the thought of blessing the two and repeat, placing the upper robe and the lower robe in the place of the saṃghāṭī. Also perform skillful means. Then, the lower robe, folded in two, is the adornment of the one to be ordained, and on top of that, the upper robe and the saṃghāṭī are combined and draped, with the left side on the left shoulder, and the right end placed on the left shoulder. Expose the right arm, have them join their palms at their heart, and scatter flowers on their head, reciting the four aspiration prayers, and translate the fourth one as: "May I, in all lifetimes, be endowed with pure vows of full ordination." Then, again from the cushion, prostrate three times to the Sangha and scatter flowers. Stiffness of the body is also acceptable here. If it is cloth or something else that can be used as material for the saṃghāṭī, then fold it and drape it over the left shoulder of the one to be ordained, holding both ends with the hands as before.

O Abbot, please listen. I, who am called by this name, consecrate this garment as a monastic robe. If there are no obstacles, it should be made of nine pieces of cloth, or three and a half sections, etc. Wash it. Stretch it. Sew it. Fold it. Attach the edges. Sew it together. Turn it over. Or mend it here as a patch. Act according to the circumstances, so that this Dharma garment may be properly used. Repeat three times, and do it skillfully. If the upper garment is similar to another garment, it should be made of seven pieces of cloth, or three and a half sections, etc. The lower skirt should be made of five pieces of cloth, or two and a half sections, etc. Thus change it, and the rest as before. Then, the Abbot instructs the Sangha, saying, "Let the monk named so-and-so be a companion to show the bowl to so-and-so." He covers the non-empty bowl with his right hand, holding it in his left hand. Standing before each monk, he bows and says, "Venerable ones, or long-lived ones, please listen. Is this bowl of the long-lived one named so-and-so not small? Not large? Not old?" Thus he asks. Each one says, "The bowl is good." Another monk should show the bowl in the same way. If it is necessary to show it to the Abbot, show it as before. Thus, both the Abbot and the candidate stand, holding the bowl in their left hands, covering it with their right hands. Think, "Consecrate this bowl." And repeat after him: "O Abbot, please listen. I, who am called by this name, consecrate this bowl, this vessel suitable for food, this vessel of the noble ones, as a vessel for begging." Repeat this three times, and do it skillfully. Then, the manner of giving the cushion and the water strainer should be as it was at the time of ordination. The physical examination of the candidate can be done before or at this time, whichever is more convenient. The candidate faces the cushion, and if it is a place where the karma can be heard, he is made to cover his ears, but if it cannot be heard, it is not necessary. Then, the Abbot says: "There are two preliminaries to all karmas. First, in order that the common downfalls that could not be confessed due to the power of time and place do not obstruct the karma,
