There is the accumulation of virtuous actions, and non-virtuous actions are accumulated by ordinary beings, Stream-enterers, and Once-returners. However, the actions that propel one to happy and unhappy realms are not accumulated by noble beings. That is, as long as one is under the influence of grasping at the self of a person, one accumulates actions that propel one to samsara. Some who directly realize the selflessness of phenomena may still be born in samsara, but they do not newly accumulate actions that propel them to samsara. Therefore, all who accumulate actions that propel them to samsara are ordinary beings. If the virtues such as generosity in the continuum of an ordinary being are not accompanied by renunciation, the mind of enlightenment, the wisdom that realizes selflessness, and special dedication, then all the virtues and non-virtues that are not accompanied by these will become the cause of samsara, and this should be understood. Third, there are five aspects to dying, transference, and rebirth: the causes of death, the mind at death, the manner of collecting warmth, the manner of forming the bardo, and the manner of taking birth in the existence of birth. First, there are three causes of death: dying from the exhaustion of life, dying from the exhaustion of merit, and dying without abandoning attachment. There are also two: dying at the proper time and dying untimely. There are very many kinds of untimely death. Second, there are three kinds of mind at death: dying with a virtuous mind, dying with a sinful mind, and dying with a neutral mind. However, when the external breath ceases, it transforms into a neutral mind, and one does not remember virtue or sin. Third, the manner of collecting warmth is that those who do good collect warmth from the lower part of the body upwards, and those who do great evil collect warmth from the upper part of the body downwards. In any case, it is ultimately collected at the heart, and then consciousness is transferred. Fourth, the manner of forming the bardo is that consciousness exits from the heart through any of the nine doors: the crown of the head, the space between the eyebrows, the eyes, ears, nose, navel, urethra, or anus, and the bardo is formed. There are many explanations of the bardo, so the others will be left aside. If one finds the conditions for rebirth, then one will go to the existence of birth in the first week. If one does not find them, then one may remain in the bardo for up to seven weeks, but one will not remain beyond that time, because one will definitely find the conditions for rebirth. Therefore, even if a year has passed, some corpses of the deceased...

The appearance is the illusion of non-humans. Fifth, the way to go to the realm of rebirth is: if born from the womb, seeing sentient beings of the same kind as oneself, wanting to play and so on, one goes to the place of birth. At that time, seeing the parents having intercourse as an illusion, one generates attachment and aversion, and then combines. It is explained in detail in the Sutra of Entering the Womb, and it should be understood there. If born from heat and moisture, one desires smell; if born by transformation, one desires a place; if born in the hot hell, one desires warmth; if born in the cold hell, one desires coolness, and therefore is born there. It is said that being born from an egg is similar to being born from the womb. Second, thinking from the perspective of the twelve links of dependent origination has four points: the classification of the links, their collection, in how many lifetimes they are completed, and the summary of the meaning. The first point, the first of the twelve links is ignorance, which is divided into two types: ignorance of karma and its results, and ignorance of the true meaning. Here, it refers to the latter. Ignorance of karma and its results accumulates karma that leads to the lower realms, while ignorance of suchness accumulates karma that leads to both realms. Action is karma, and it has two types of karma that propel beings into the two realms. The karma that propels one into the happy realms has two types: the desire realm and the karma that propels one into the higher realms. Consciousness generally has six types, but here it refers to the consciousness of the mind. It is the basis for imprinting the habits of the two karmas, and is the consciousness of the causal time. After imprinting, the consciousness that combines in the next life is the consciousness of the result time, and the combination of the two is called consciousness. At that time, if the imprinting of the habits of non-virtuous karma is strong, one will fall into the lower realms, and if the imprinting of the habits of virtuous karma is strong, one will be reborn in the happy realms. If the habits of unwavering karma are imprinted, one will be reborn in the higher realms. In name and form, name refers to feeling, perception, formation, and consciousness, and these four are called name. Form refers to the coagulated matter at that time, and so on. The six sense sources refer to the gradual increase of name and form, and the gradual formation of the six sense sources such as eyes and ears. The sense sources of body and mind exist at the time of coagulation. If born by transformation, the faculties are formed simultaneously, and there is no such sequence. Egg-born and heat-born beings are mostly similar to womb-born beings.
