After acceptance, there are two connections, and the five aggregates of clinging arise as soon as they are formed, with the nature of the suffering of formation. Second, contemplate the six sufferings, which are: uncertainty, insatiability, abandonment, continuity, change of high and low, and the fault of having no friends. These also, in order, are that in the cycle of samsara, enemies become friends and there is uncertainty, that is, in future lives, fathers and sons, mothers and daughters, relatives become enemies, enemies become relatives, concubines become mothers, wives become mothers, and so on; there is nothing that has not been experienced in the perfections of samsara, and there are many impure things, eating soil and feces, and so on; the bones of those who have been born and died in the various realms, if piled up, would become like Mount Meru; there is no end to birth and what has not been experienced; having become Brahma, Indra, and a universal monarch, one becomes a slave of slaves again, and is born alternately in higher realms and lower realms; after death, in the next world, there are no other companions to lead except for karma. Third, meditate on the three sufferings, namely, the suffering of suffering, such as when intense painful feelings arise on the body and mind due to weapons and diseases, and so on. The suffering of change, such as sitting seems pleasant, but sitting for too long is painful; standing up and walking seems pleasant, but walking for too long is painful; eating and drinking seems pleasant, but eating and drinking too much is painful; when it is hot, feeling cold seems pleasant, but being too cold becomes painful, and so on. The suffering of formation pervades all sufferings and is the basis of the other two sufferings. This aggregate of clinging, as soon as it is formed, becomes the nature of the truth of suffering. In short, one should contemplate such sufferings and thereby generate renunciation towards samsara. The "five aggregates of clinging" that appear at these times refer to the five aggregates of form, feeling, and so on. Clinging is the two, karma and afflictions, so the five aggregates that arise from those two are called the aggregates of clinging, just as calling it "grass fire from grass." Second, contemplating the individual sufferings, among the six, the sufferings of the three lower realms are

It has been explained. Human suffering, as mentioned above, is numerous, but if summarized, it includes the suffering of hunger and thirst, the sensation of heat and cold, the toil of seeking and wandering, and fatigue. The suffering of birth, aging, sickness, and death remains as before. The suffering of the Asuras (demigods) is that they are controlled by jealousy and cannot bear to see the wealth of the gods, which leads them to fight with the gods, experiencing various sufferings such as being cut and torn apart. Considering the suffering of the gods, there are two aspects. Desire realm gods have three sufferings: the suffering of death and falling, the suffering of miserliness, and the suffering of being cut, torn, killed, and expelled. The first is that when desire realm gods are about to die, they see five signs of death and become extremely distressed. The five signs of death are: the body's color becomes unattractive, they dislike their seat, the flowers of their ornaments wither, their clothes become stained, and their bodies sweat. The suffering of falling is that after death, if their virtuous deeds are exhausted, they will be reborn in the hells, as hungry ghosts, or as animals. Miserliness is when gods with little merit see the vast wealth and enjoyment of gods with great merit, they become ashamed and suffer. The suffering of being cut, etc., is that when fighting with Asuras, the suffering of being cut, torn, and killed occurs. Even if the head is cut off, they die, but if limbs are cut off, they grow back. Expelling gods is when powerful gods clash, they expel the weaker ones. The gods of the higher realms do not have these sufferings, but because they are accompanied by obscurations, they experience death, and they do not have the power to remain, thus they possess the suffering of death. The suffering of conditioned existence exists in all three realms. Therefore, one should contemplate the general and specific sufferings of samsara and generate renunciation from samsara. Here, one must distinguish who is the one who transmigrates, by what causes and conditions they transmigrate, where they transmigrate, how they transmigrate, and the differences in the sufferings of such transmigration. Second, considering the order of engagement in samsara in the origin of suffering, there are three aspects: how afflictions arise, how karma is accumulated, and how death, transference, and linking occur. The first is that although there are two factors that bring about samsara, karma and afflictions,
