After that, may those (actions) be learned in harmony, perfecting all virtuous conduct, with the conduct of discipline being free from the stain of faults and transgressions, and with a pure ground free from the thought of seeking inferior enlightenment, may I always practice constantly without degeneration and without defects in such a way. Some Indian commentaries say that not committing sins means not degenerating, and that not having attachment to the objects of the three times, and not having attachment aroused by the three poisons means being without defects, and there is no contradiction in saying that. Third, for various kinds of beings such as gods, in a way similar to their languages, such as the language of gods, the language of nāgas, the language of yakshas, the language of piśācas, and the languages of humans, and similarly, asuras, rākshasas, pretas, animals, etc., however many sounds and languages all beings have, in accordance with those, may I teach the sacred Dharma in the languages of all those sentient beings, so that their individual desires may be fulfilled. That is, if one individually attains the four complete correct knowledges, one can enter all kinds of languages, but the sutra says, "With one voice, one also answers each one's questions." And, "With one voice, one speaks, but many understand it individually." As it is said, when speaking in one language of the Buddha, such as Sanskrit, by the aspiration and blessing of the Buddha, that one language will be understood as the respective languages of beings with different languages. Fourth, in all lifetimes, by being subdued and gentle in one's own mind-stream, may I strive diligently in the six pāramitās such as giving, and may I never forget the mind of enlightenment that was previously generated for the benefit of sentient beings. The meaning of "subdued" is the meaning of a subdued or gentle mind-stream, as it says in Nāgārjuna's commentary, "Subdued is a gentle mind-stream." And Dignāga also said, "Subdued is a soft mind-stream." As it is said, it is also taught from other sources. Those four texts explain the four causes for not losing the mind of enlightenment, as it says in the commentaries. The second is, whatever sins, etc., the two lines, thus the mind of enlightenment
