Furthermore, each place is under its own jurisdiction. The Buddha also sees all dharmas with the eye consciousness and other sense consciousnesses, so it is said that there is no difference from omniscience. The sutra says: The Buddha's crown can also see, etc. In the "Namasamgiti", "The hair is also burning vajra." In the occasion, it is said that all parts of the Buddha's body can know the knowable. I think that this is because the Buddha's body and the sense consciousness operate in the same way as the mind consciousness. The fiftieth chapter of the Hevajra Root Tantra also says: "Everywhere is full of hands and feet, everywhere is full of eyes and heads and faces." The occasion is also the same. The Tathagata has such eyes, so he sees all dharmas, and also sees the minds of sentient beings. In order to show this, the Blessed One said to Subhuti, for example, how many sands are there in the Ganges River, and the Ganges River has become only that many, then are those worlds many? In reply, Subhuti said many. The Blessed One said, I fully know all the various thoughts, different and distinct streams and forms of mind of all the sentient beings in all those worlds. Even so, I say that the stream of mind of sentient beings is not established as a stream in the ultimate sense. Because it does not exist in the ultimate sense, it is said to be a stream of mind in the conventional sense. This shows that the five eyes and the objects of the five eyes are also merely nominal, and are not established in the ultimate sense. The past minds have no object in the ultimate sense because they have passed. The future minds do not exist in the ultimate sense because they have not yet arisen and have not appeared. The present minds also do not exist in the ultimate sense because they are not autonomous. Mind refers not only to the main mind, but includes all minds and mental factors. Among the mental factors, feeling is a huge basis for clinging to as true, because when strong feelings of pleasure and pain arise, the mind that clings to as me also arises strongly. Therefore, although there are many reasons to show that feeling is not established as true, the root is peace.

Walahasa. When there is no experiencer of feeling, there is no feeling either. This is what it means. This is because if the self of the one who experiences feeling does not exist by its own nature, then how could the feeling that arises from it exist by its own nature? Because it is impossible for a quality to exist without a basis. The feelings of pleasure and pain arise and are experienced from the nature of the harmony and disharmony of body and mind, but not from their own intrinsic nature. Because if either body or mind does not exist, feeling does not exist either; and even if the body exists but the mind does not, feeling is not experienced. Just as breaking taste and earth and stones does not produce feelings of pleasure and pain. In short, all consciousnesses, including feeling, arise merely as nominal designations, like the light of a lamp, dependent on an object. Not relying on such, they do not arise independently, and therefore are not established by their own nature. Established by its own nature, established as true, established as ultimately, established by its own entity, established by its own characteristics, established independently, established as truly, established without dependence, these are all just different names for the same meaning. This shows how to understand the mind. If the stream of mind does not exist by its own nature, then will there be no result from giving alms etc. based on the mind? To this question, although the stream of mind etc. does not exist by its own nature, in name, it is shown that the result is produced based on the mind. As the Blessed One said to Subhuti: If someone were to fill this three-thousand-great-thousand world realm with gold, silver, etc., the seven precious things mentioned earlier, and then give it to others as alms, would he generate a lot of merit? The answer was: Yes, a lot. The Blessed One said to Subhuti: It is just so, etc., giving affirmation. Those heaps of merit, in name, are like illusions, arising from accumulation. If not relying on such, if established by its own entity, then the Tathagata would not say heaps of merit. The reason is that the meaning of "heap" in the heap of merit is the meaning of accumulation. If established independently, then it would become established without relying on accumulation. This is the understanding. If the heap of merit is not truly existent, then the form body of the Buddha born from it
