For those who cannot be subdued by force, cut them off; for those whom mantras cannot accomplish and cannot be shaken, it is thought that it is also permissible to fix them with a vajra stake. In the translation of the translator Lodan Sherab, it says, "Cut them off with the sword of mantra wisdom, fix them with a vajra stake." The word "cut off" with the prefix "གས་" means "to be cut off," not "already cut off." Kuntu Gyu (ཀུན་ཏུ་རྒྱུ་) is an ascetic of the outer path and his kind, which can be understood from the sutras and so on. Dakinis and dakinis are numerous in the land of Oddiyana, and they are those who have accomplished mantras, that is, the two male and female dakinis, inner and outer. The previously mentioned Brahma, the Great Lord of Power, the son of the Non-Greedy, the Garuda King and his retinue, as well as the previous Lekden Nagpo, Brahma's consort, the Heroine, the Pervading Goddess, the Sow, the Young Woman, and other mother goddesses, as well as those adorned with garlands of human skulls, the Victorious One, the Honey Maker, the Accomplisher of All Purposes, these three brothers, as well as the Joyful Woman, the Killing Woman, the Accomplishing Woman, and the Subtle Woman, these four sisters, there is also a different explanation. The retinue of the Lord of Power, Bhringi Riti, the Joyful Lord of Power, and his son, the Lord of Hosts, and his retinue, these are great gods. The Jain naked ascetic is an ascetic of the outer path who walks without clothes, that is, the naked sect. The Jain head-touching ascetic is said to be an ascetic who keeps long hair, and another explanation is an ascetic whose hair is braided into dreadlocks. Arhats, and those who do not return because they are free from the attachment of desire, the Worldly Lord Avalokiteshvara, and Vajrapani, that is, holding the vajra in hand, in the chapters of the tantras, many actions are performed under the authority of these two, among which the meaning of the fierce mantras should be clearly understood. That is to say, if through these one can cut off the power of mantras that are harmful to oneself and others, then what need is there to mention others, this is praising the greatness of this dharani. Some people think that those two are not the real Avalokiteshvara and Vajrapani, because the Guru said, "Through whom, the unruly person..." and so on, it seems to be quoted like this.
