This is the teaching on how to learn the path and the means to perfect the practice of both. The first part is from one's own attainable Dharmakaya to "will be explained in order." Those who wish to attain Buddhahood quickly should well understand what the uncommon cause of their own attainable Dharmakaya or Rupakaya is, and these two causes must arise in their own mindstream. To this end, even the texts that fully explain each mandala of the Anuttarayoga Tantra only explain the system of attaining Buddhahood in one lifetime and one body for ordinary beings born from the womb, with the six elements of earth, water, fire, wind, channels, and bindus, possessing five afflictive poisons and five bonds. Because it is not explained in the context of the lower three classes of tantras, such an explanation is a unique characteristic of Anuttarayoga. Even so, among practitioners who rely on Anuttarayoga, if one wishes to swiftly realize the state of Vajradhara, one must necessarily rely on the three, namely Chakrasamvara, Guhyasamaja, and Yamantaka, without separation. These reasons will also be explained here. The second part is from "also the cause of the Yuganaddha body" to "blessings are very swift." This part is divided into two points: explaining the meaning of the words, and distinguishing and explaining some of their differences. The first point is that among the three Kayas, the uncommon cause of the Yuganaddha body, one must also well understand the illusory body of the third stage and the clear light of the fourth stage, as well as the cycles of mixing and transference, and they need to arise in one's mindstream. For this, one needs to study the cycles of Guhyasamaja, and there are two lineages of Guhyasamaja, the Arya lineage and the Jnana Pada lineage, among which one should mainly study the Arya lineage. Because Guhyasamaja extensively explains the cycles of the illusory body and clear light, and this cause is the main essence of all Father Tantras. In addition, the illusory body of the third stage, in reality, is the method of training with clear light, and the method of arising into the illusory body from the exemplary clear light, etc., are very important and should be understood. The Father Tantra Guhyasamaja's related deity, Manjushri Vajra, also has its own unique key points that are different from others. Regarding its manner, it will be briefly explained below, and one should separately listen to its commentaries and leave a good impression here, which is very important. Result

The uncommon cause of the Form Body of Time is the illusory body, and the uncommon cause of the Dharma Body is the special bliss-emptiness wisdom. Therefore, one must understand this and generate it within one's own mindstream. Although the nature of bliss-emptiness is explicitly taught in the Kalachakra and other texts, one must understand the cause from which the bliss of uniting bliss and emptiness arises. In general, when uniting bliss and emptiness and practicing, the special characteristic of the bliss of the descending and ascending bodhicitta that arises from relying on the means of skillful means and the focus within the channels and chakras of the body, is that the tummo must blaze and drip. The nature of bliss has greatness and smallness, and the extent to which it drips, and from which point the four joys arise is determined. Each of the four joys also has a way of being divided into four inner joys. The bodhicitta dripping down from the crown of the head is the joy of ascending, and the difference between the joy of ascending from the secret place is the joy of descending and stabilizing, as well as the difference between the greatness and smallness of bliss and the difference between the arising of ascending and descending and the arising of descending and stabilizing, one must understand the nature of each in detail. The emptiness of uniting bliss and emptiness is explained in the Nominal Vehicle, and there is nothing else apart from that. The method of meditating on emptiness by practicing emptiness is the most excellent in the Nominal Vehicle. The nature of the cause of the arising of bliss, the method of causing such a bodhicitta to drip, is that it must be dripped by the dakini of definitive meaning, the tummo, igniting the fire of particles. For the tummo to blaze and the bodhicitta to drip, it must be combined with either a karma or wisdom mudra. Karma mudras have four types, such as the lotus woman, and one must understand the nature of each of these four, the way to rely on them, the way to unite them, the way to rely on great bliss after uniting them, and how each great bliss abandons what should be abandoned, and the signs of having abandoned what has been abandoned, and the differences between the four joys. Even if the tummo is ignited only within any one channel, it will not be able to completely untie the knots of the channels in the heart and other places. Therefore, the life-sustaining air must enter the central channel, and by entering, abiding, and dissolving the three, the knots of the channels in the crown, throat, heart, navel, secret place, and other places will be untied. In order to make these channels and airs function as desired, as it says in the Chakrasamvara, at one's own crown and hairline.
