Commentary on the Questions and Answers to Jamyang, the Latter Commentary on the Questions and Answers to Jamyang, the Latter Commentary on the Questions and Answers to Jamyang, the Latter, exists. Homage to Shakyamuni. (Tibetan: ན་མོ་ཤཱཀྱ་མུ་ན་ཡེ།) The stainless dharma realm and one taste, The immaculate co-emergent great bliss wisdom, Inseparable illusory net union vajra body, To the lord of hundreds of families, Vajradhara, I prostrate. Holding the secret treasury of all Sugatas, Lord of the glorious vidyadharas, Great hero who subdues all the difficult to tame, May the powerful and mighty Vajradhara protect. The precious treasury of wisdom of all the Victorious Ones without exception, Having well held it in your profound and vast mind, Bestowing the supreme of intelligence upon fortunate beings, May the treasure of wisdom of the venerable one bring auspiciousness. That protector, having abandoned his own forelock ornament, Dancing in ochre robes, revealing the meaning of sutras and tantras, Truly clarifying, known as the Second Victorious One, I respectfully prostrate to the lineage holders. Here, at this point, the text of the questions asked to the venerable Jamyang by the urging of the venerable Redawa, is the dharma to be explained. Among them, the outline of the questions and answers based on the three principal aspects of the path of the two existences, as urged by the words of the previous holy beings, I have already compiled and presented a summary of the meaning of this text while writing. However, it seems important to ask questions again about the practice of mantra, so I will write a detailed commentary and send it. If this commentary is elaborated too extensively, it will become a great work, so I am not willing to do that, but I will explain it with some elaboration in the intervals of explaining the meaning of the text. This has three parts: the meaning of the introduction, the meaning of the text, and the meaning of the conclusion. The first part has two: praise and the commitment to explain. The first is: Homage to Manjushri. (Tibetan: ན་མོ་མཉྫུ་གྷོ་ཥ་ཡ།) Homage to the venerable treasure of wisdom. The first of these is: the meaning of prostrating or paying homage to Manjushri. The latter is also the venerable treasure of wisdom, that is, the source of wisdom or the lord of wisdom, Manjushri, the meaning of prostrating, is easy to understand. The second part has two:

The actual and the exhortation to listen. First, from "The Great Vajradhara of the Non-Learning Union" to "well explained," seven and a half lines are spoken. Its meaning is: If you want to quickly attain the state of the Great Vajradhara of the Non-Learning Union of Unsurpassed Yoga in one short lifetime during this degenerate age, then you must clearly understand what the lama, yidam, protector, and the lifeblood of the path are, the definite number of paths, and the key points of each stage of the path, and then practice them. Therefore, in this way, just like the tantras themselves and the instructions of the venerable Lama Manjushri, one should explain well the method of quickly leading to liberation in one lifetime and one body. The second is: "The supreme state of the three bodies, those who desire to quickly attain them, listen with reverence." This means that those fortunate ones who desire to quickly attain the supreme state of the three bodies—dharmakaya, sambhogakaya, and nirmanakaya—should listen attentively with reverence. Second, the actual explanation of the meaning of the text is divided into three parts: brief explanation, detailed explanation, and summary. The first is: "Thereupon" to "should contemplate," which means that in this way of explanation, at this time, those fortunate individuals who desire to quickly attain the state of omniscience should contemplate in this way. The second part is divided into four points: explaining the reason for entering the mantra path, the reason for entering the uncommon Vajrayana path, the need to tame the mindstream with the common path before that, and how to act after entering the mantra path. The first is: "Also, oneself in the ocean of existence" to "must definitely accumulate merit," which is divided into two points: the meaning of the words and the meaning of each branch. First, what those who desire liberation should contemplate is: it is not enough to merely seek one's own liberation, just as one is drowning in the ocean of suffering of samsara, all sentient beings who have been one's mothers are also wandering for a long time in the great ocean of suffering of samsara, and are generally suffering the suffering of samsara in good and bad destinies, especially the suffering of the three lower realms of hell, hungry ghosts, and animals is severe and cruel.
