Now it appears as the place of birds. Furthermore, in the Ocean of Dakinis, these five stages of this tradition are explained, but not quoted here. The five stages of the tradition of the Bell Foot and the Black Practitioner are: the stage of self-blessing, the stage of various vajras, the stage of filling the vase, the stage of Jalandhara, and the stage of the inconceivable. It should be recognized that this is slightly different from the former. Secondly, regarding the four mudras. The four mudras are: Elephant Woman, Conch Woman, Deer Woman, and Lotus Woman. These four are named according to the shape of the root of the secret place. The differences between them, the methods of finding the channels, and the methods of relying on them are explained in detail in five sections in the seventeenth section of the twenty-first chapter of the Condensed Text. In the thirteenth chapter of the conclusive section of the Condensed Text, there is also a slightly more detailed explanation, which is the meaning spoken from Hevajra and Gur, and should be understood in those places. In this tradition, in order to quickly travel the path, it is necessary to rely on the messenger of the dakini. As it says in the first chapter of the Root Tantra: "Messengers are born together, supreme, middling, and inferior." In this context, the messengers are explained as being born together, born in the field, and born from mantra. These three are also said to be supreme, middling, and inferior in order. The fifteenth chapter of the Root Tantra and nine other chapters explain in detail the characteristics, classifications, and methods of examining messengers or dakinis. As it says in the Root Tantra: "Secret mantras without mudras will not be accomplished by embodied beings." This means that without relying on mudras, the special path will not be quickly accomplished. Again, it says in the same text: "Likewise, by associating well with a messenger, the practitioner will attain siddhis. Without recitation, meditation, or offerings, it will be quickly accomplished." This means that by relying on a messenger, the path will be quickly accomplished. Similarly, it is also explained in Heruka Abhisamaya, Samputa, Vajra Dakini, and Ocean of Dakinis. Je Rinpoche's Ear of Accomplishments also says: "If one can do so, if one relies on an external condition, a messenger woman with complete characteristics, then the path will be very quick, otherwise it will not be, so this method is the most important." Therefore, both the place and the support must have complete characteristics, and if they do not, there will be great faults.

E! In the manifestation of Heruka, it is said: The Dharma of Yoga without Yoga, deviating from the Mudra, the appearance of wisdom without wisdom, there is no doubt of falling into hell. As it is said, it is difficult for people now to rely on Karma Mudra. In this tradition, one must also learn the three conducts, which is similar to Guhyasamaja. Third, the method of inducing the four joys: In the Vajra Garland it is said: After that, the order of arising should be explained, the wheel of great bliss is located on the crown chakra, this is said to be joy. The enjoyment wheel is supreme joy, joylessness dwells in the Dharma wheel, the manifestation wheel is coemergent joy, experiencing joy. It is said that when the Kundalini is raised and the Bodhicitta melts, when it descends from the crown chakra to the throat chakra, it is joy; when it descends from the throat chakra to the heart chakra, it is supreme joy; when it descends from the heart chakra to the navel chakra, it is special joy; when it descends from the navel chakra to the tip of the jewel, it is said to be coemergent joy, this is the order of arising. Also, in the same scripture it is said: The manifestation wheel is joy, supreme joy dwells in the Dharma wheel, joy without enjoyment, coemergent and great bliss, it is said to be the reverse order. Thus again, when the Bodhicitta descends from the tip of the jewel to the navel chakra, it is joy; from the navel chakra to the heart chakra it is supreme joy; from the heart chakra to the throat chakra it is special joy; when it descends from the throat chakra to the crown chakra, it is said to be the arising of coemergent joy, this is the reverse order. The four joys that descend from above are more special than the four joys that are stable from below, and all four are said to be coemergent. The four joys and the four emptinesses are simultaneous, arising as one taste in essence. In the Mahamudra Tilaka it is said: Whatever is joy is that appearance, the increasing appearance is said to be supreme, special joy is known to be nearly attained, coemergent is luminosity. Thus it is said. However, joy is the way of experiencing, and emptiness is established as the way of the appearance of the winds dissolving. The way to distinguish the four joys, each with four, that is sixteen, and three each, that is twelve: In the Mahamudra Tilaka it is said: These parts of the rabbit sign, the four joys are sixteen bindus, know them to be the essence of Ali. In the order of the four wheels, as it is said, it is also said to be the twelve suns. Thus it is said, thus it is said, the bliss of the white Bodhicitta descending
