The past going, becomes a goer without going. If things become one, or become different, if they are not established, how are the two established? Thus it is said. If someone says that because a person has the going of putting down steps, therefore the goer exists by nature. This is unreasonable, because the act of going of a person putting down steps, and the person who puts down, the goer, the two, cannot be said to be of the same nature, nor can it be said that the going and the goer are of different natures. If the first reason is not established, then the agent and the action will also become the same without difference, because you have admitted that the act of going and the goer are one in nature. If the latter reason is not established, that is also unreasonable. Furthermore, if one examines whether the act of going and the goer are essentially different, then it will become possible to grasp the act of going that does not depend on the goer, and the goer that does not depend on the act of going, but in reality, one does not grasp in that way. The former and latter both refute each other. Therefore, the agent and the action, if things (nature) are one, or things (nature) are different, if there is a case where they are established, then how are the two natures established? This is unreasonable, because reason will negate such existence. The second part is divided into two points: negating that there is no second action, and negating the view that there is a second action. The first point is: By what going is the goer manifested? That going is not that going. Why is there no prior going? Where will one go? Thus it is said. If you think that just by establishing one act of going, you are establishing the goer, so you yourselves have the same fault, then, we think that the goer and the act of going exist in name, so there is no fault, but if you think that it is established by nature, there is a fault. Just like this, by which act of going does one clearly manifest the goer, that act of going is not the going of the goer who is established by nature, because, because someone goes to a village or a city

Just as one sees something moving, there is no mover prior to the act of moving without depending on the act of moving. The reason is that the mover exists in dependence on the act of moving. If the mover were to exist beforehand without depending on the act of moving, then he would always be a mover, which would lead to there being no non-mover. Therefore, prior to that single act of moving, there is also no second act of moving, because without a mover, that act of moving could not have existed beforehand. The second point is: By which moving is the mover made manifest? That which is other than that is not moving. Because for a single mover, two movings are not reasonable. As it is said. If someone asks, if the mover is established by a second simultaneous act that is different from the act of establishing moving, then it is not reasonable to establish the mover by a second simultaneous act that is different from the act by which the act of moving makes the mover manifest. Because it has already been explained that it is not reasonable for a single mover to have two acts that are the same or different from the mover's own nature. Second, the common inclusion and exclusion are divided into two parts: the inclusion and exclusion of three types, and the meaning established by them. The first part is: That which has become a mover does not move in three ways. That which has become a non-mover also does not move in three ways. That which has become both is and is not also does not move in three ways. As it is said. That which has become a non-mover does not move by its own nature, because its own nature does not move in the three ways of having gone, not having gone, and going. That which has become a non-mover also does not move by its own nature, because its own nature does not move in those three ways. That which has become both is and is not also does not move by its own nature, because it does not move in any of those three ways. The second part is: Therefore, moving, the mover, and that which is to be moved do not exist. As it is said. Knowable phenomena, as such, the act of moving, the mover, and the basis of what is to be moved are not self-existent, because after
