Because it has that meaning. Even if it exists, if that action is established in its own nature in the sense of such a verb, it must be established in the nature of the path. If it is established in the sense of the verb "to go," it must be established in the nature of the goer. Because the action established in its own nature, the same one, is contradictory in relation to different bases. The second is: Whose step has going, his step has no going, it will be a fault, because of what? Because the step has going. So it is said. According to whose view the opponent says that the action of going is established in its own nature in the sense of the verb "to go," that aspect, the subject, in the sense of the verb of the path of the step, there is no action of going, it will be a fault, because of what reason? Because there is only one action of going, and that one exists in its own nature in the sense of the verb "the step has going." This also prevents establishment in its own nature, but it does not prevent the same action from existing in the meaning of those two words in name, because it is not contradictory to admit it that way in name. This is, as it is said: Those who are different by their own characteristics, it is reasonable that those belong to one continuum. As it is said, it is contradictory for a dharma established by its own nature to rely on one dharma in common. The third is: If the step has going, then going will become two, by whom that step becomes, and what is going on that. If going becomes two, then the goer will also become two, because without a goer, going is not reasonable. So it is said. If the one action of going exists in its own nature in the meaning of both the words step and go, then it is not reasonable, because then, at that time, the action of going that is the same in nature as the path, and the action of going that is different in nature from the path, will become two, because, how is it? By which action the path that is being stepped on, that action by which the path obtains the name step, that is the same in nature as the path, and what is the action that has become the meaning of the word action on that path, that exists in the nature of the goer, but not in the nature of the path, and those two actions are different in their own nature.

Because of the commitment. This is pervasive. It is unreasonable for a single phenomenon established by its own nature to depend on two separate bases. If it were reasonable, then at that time the goer would also become two entities with different natures. For what reason? Because without the dependent goer, the act of going that depends on it would be unreasonable. If it is said that there is no fault, because it is like one person performing the three actions of speaking, desiring, and seeing at the same time. This is not analogous. Although it is not contradictory for three actions such as speaking to arise from three agents of ability such as the tongue in one person at the same time, the act of going on the road, are the road and the entity one or not one? The two cannot be done with one foot at the same time. If these two actions exist at the same time, then the agent performing that action will also become two. Second, there are three ways to refute by examining the agent. Refuting the existence of the goer's action as a basis. Generally refuting going to three different types of people. Specifically refuting going to the goer. First, if going does not exist, then going is unreasonable. If going does not exist, then how can there be a goer? It is said. If the term 'Lhas byin goes' is valid, then the goer is determined, and therefore the act of going also exists by its own nature, it is not right to think so. If the goer did not exist before and has been eliminated, then the act of going that depends on it is unreasonable. When analyzing, if going does not exist, then how can the goer exist in a self-characterized way? Because it will not exist. It will not exist, because going and the goer are mutually dependent bases and dependants. The second is: For the time being, how can it be reasonable to say that the goer goes? The non-goer is not going, and from the non-goer, who will go as the third? It is said. For the time being, how can it be reasonable for the goer, the subject, to go by his own nature? It is unreasonable, because it is harmed by the reasoning of explanation and exposition. The non-goer, the subject, is not going, because there is no act of going. Apart from the two, going and the goer, a third will go
