Like that. Fourth, the opposite with prevention: Please grant the hope of the protector. It is a pleasing and praiseworthy place. With the complete parts of speech, What can compare to the complete gathering of Saraswati? Like that. Fifth, the opposite with reason: Trunk, leaves, stamens, etc., Although possessing, without a waist, near the wine, The Vakula tree opens its mouth, It is very different from other lotuses. Like that. Second, the opposite with similar realization: Manjushri and the venerable Lama, Are wise ones who see the profound meaning. However, Manjushri is the Sambhogakaya, The other is one with the appearance of an ordained monk. Like that, it implicitly shows that the Dharma is the same. Third, the opposite with similar function: The Regent Maitreya, benefactor of others, And Manjushri, Lama Tsongkhapa. The former is the ornament of Tushita heaven, The latter is the glory of the scholars of the snowy land. Like that, this also implies similarity. Fourth, the opposite of the same kind: The darkness of ignorance of delusion, And the darkness that arises from a cave, The two are of the same kind, but the former, Cannot be dispelled by a lamp, but the latter can be dispelled. Like that. Ninth, the ornament of having existence, there are three types. First, the one that shows the nature of existence: It speaks but has no tongue, making a cacophonous sound. It has no feet but constantly walks. It has no intention to harm but cuts off roads. It does not change color, its color is blue water. Like that. Second, the one that expresses the result with a slight cause: Not plundered, rich with the wealth of learning. Harmless, destroys the hordes of ignorant enemies. Without desire, embraced by the accumulation of qualities. Without being urged by a stick, it resounds with a sweet voice. Like that. Third, the one that shows the result by its own nature, reversing the cause of being famous or not famous: Unpainted, the mark of the rabbit is beautiful. Without the intention to harm, it destroys the multitude of darkness. Without a pursuer, it flees to the west. Unfabricated, it shows waxing and waning. Like that. Tenth, the ornament of concise expression, there are two types: general and specific. The first is: In the cool shade of the wish-fulfilling tree, Completely abandoning the joyous feast of enjoyment, But seeking refuge in the crooked, dry tree, These fools are truly ignorant. Like that. The second has three types. First, the bases are different, but the characteristics are the same.

For example: "Difficult to fathom in depth and breadth, the supreme source of wish-fulfilling jewels, vigorously moving in due time to dispel suffering, embracing the faults of impurities." Like that. Secondly, when the entities are different but the characteristics are the same or different: "Gentle, pleasing, and possessing beauty, with swaying branches, leaves, and stamens, this cluster of white lotuses satisfies the minds of the six-legged ones." Like that. Thirdly, the unprecedented condensed statement: "Not moving in the expanse of space, not possessing increasing or decreasing parts, this unprecedented lunar sphere is of no benefit to my mind." Like that, it is a condensation of similar qualities. Eleventh, the ornament of excellence has four types. First, the extraordinary excellence: "All the ten branches of knowledge are completely mastered by the assembly of Lozang Gyatso. Even Saraswati cannot compete with him in speaking hundreds of treatises on poetics." Like that. Secondly, the excellence of doubt: "You, who diligently engage in listening, thinking, and meditating day and night, and strive with effort in practice, even when consuming food and drink to sustain your own body, you hesitate, sometimes having it and sometimes not." Like that. Thirdly, the excellence of certainty: "Always listening, thinking, and meditating, and striving diligently in the manner of recitation, even though it is continuous, there is a certainty of interruption when sleeping." Like that. Fourthly, the excellence of wonder: "The limit of the wisdom of the Gentle Protector Lama Tsongkhapa, even the sky cannot measure it, yet it is contained within the land of Tibet. How amazing!" Like that, just a brief example. If elaborated upon, it is said that thirty-two types will appear, like the ornament of simile. Twelfth, the ornament of exaggeration has three types. First, exaggeration with sentient beings: "Adorning the topknot of Saraswati's hair with the crescent moon is intended to dispel the darkness of the upper and lower realms." Like that. Secondly, exaggeration with inanimate objects: "The most beautiful crescent moon has come to adorn the crown of the head, and the beautiful blue lotus has also come to compete with the length of the eyes." Like that. Thirdly, exaggeration of meditative absorption: "When the moon rises, the jasmine grove seems to smile with joy, and the stamens tremble in fear, as if the bees might carry away the nectar." These are examples. Chapter
