It is said that the listener is a vessel. As it is said. There are two cases: one is listening to the treatises of names, and the other is listening to the key points of the inner meaning. Second, from where do you listen? Because it is listening from the supreme incarnation and Bodhisattvas, Shravakas, Pratyekabuddhas, etc. Third, the cause of listening is: Although there are many memories, samadhi, and wisdom that are taken by the desire for Dharma, in order to listen to the particularly vast and supreme key points from the immeasurable Buddhas of the ten directions, it is necessary to obtain the samadhi of the Dharma stream. As it is said in the Ornament of Sutras: At that time, from the Dharma stream, in order to obtain quiescence and, the abandonment of wisdom from the Buddhas, one will be able to obtain vast key points. As it is said. Fourth, it is divided into three types: essence, classification, and explanation of the meaning of each. First, there is the essence of the key points, because it is the expression that shows the places to be taken and abandoned, such as higher rebirth and definite goodness, without reversing the truth. Second, if classified, there are many kinds, because there are two kinds of key points of the Great Vehicle and the Small Vehicle, as well as the key points of following the teachings and the key points of precepts. The difference between the latter two is: to teach in order to obtain the merits that have not been obtained is the first, and to teach in order to prevent the merits that have been obtained from being lost is the second. Although there are two types of key points: Buddha's words and treatises, the key points mentioned here cover the Buddha's words, because if so, it covers the language of the supreme incarnation. There are ten types of these. As it is said in the Lamp for Compiling Meanings: There are ten types of key points, the essence is the wheel of speech, and the classification is expressed from the perspective of the object. Generally speaking, there are the speaker and the listener of the key points. The boundary between the three key points is: from the time when the path has not been entered to the existence of the Buddha's land. The Buddha also listens to the Dharma. Although the Buddha does not need to listen to the key points from others for his own benefit, for the benefit of others, the Buddhas will listen to the Dharma with each other. Moreover, when the Bhagavan showed the appearance of back pain, he said to Shariputra: Please tell me the supreme Dharma, and listen. This is not contradictory, for example

Like Maitreya, Manjushri, etc., who listen to the Dharma from the Teacher with the intention of benefiting others. Regarding the detailed divisions of the mind of enlightenment, such as when explaining the system of the two truths in the context of "practice," there are three: the assertion of the Hearer Vehicle, the assertion of the Mind-Only school, and the assertion of the Middle Way school. First, the Vaibhashika school believes that when consciousness clearly reveals other parts, the dharma that can be abandoned there is the basis for establishing conventional truth, and the dharma that cannot be abandoned is the basis for establishing ultimate truth. These two each have their own referents, such as a vase and the water inside it being the former, and indivisible particles, indivisible directions, and indivisible moments of consciousness being the latter. The Sautrantika school's way of establishing the two truths is that the dharma that exists merely as a conceptual imputation is the nature of conventional truth, and the dharma that is not merely a conceptual imputation but is established from the perspective of the object's own unique way of abiding is the nature of ultimate truth. Each has its own referents, such as the difference between a pillar and a vase being the former, and a pillar and a vase being the latter. Second, the Mind-Only school's way of establishing the two truths is that, although it is largely similar to the Middle Way school, there is a difference in the recognition of the referents. For example, from form to touch, being empty of external objects, and from form to omniscience, not being established by its own characteristic as the basis for applying the term "self-self," is considered the referent of ultimate truth, and there is such a difference. Third, the Middle Way school has six points: the basis of division, the division and the certainty of number, the system of each division, the etymology, whether the two truths are different entities, and the necessity of final determination. First, knowable things are the basis for dividing the two truths. As stated in the Sutra of the Meeting of Father and Son: "All that is to be known is exhausted in conventional and ultimate truths." Second, there are two truths in knowable things, and the number is certain. If it is established that any knowable thing is one of the two, then it is excluded from being the other. If it is excluded from being the other, then it is established as the other.
