It is said that this great Bodhi Shakyamuni statue is self-arisen and can emit sound, and is the most important of all the sacred objects in India. When Nera-subdued Dhitika was entrusted with the Dharma, he taught the Dharma to the four types of followers in six cities and propagated the Dharma. In particular, when a king named Mina taught the Dharma to his entourage, countless people took refuge in the Three Jewels, accepted the precepts, and realized the truth. About a thousand people attained the Arhatship. In the same way, he went to other places, and through miraculous powers and Dharma teachings, he led tens of thousands of people to the path of maturation and liberation, thereby propagating the Dharma. Finally, Dhitika entrusted the Dharma to the Holy Black One and passed away. At that time, a king named Ashoka arose in the north. He waged war and ruled all the regions between the snowy mountains, Li-yul, and the mountain that pierces, accumulating many sins. Later, he met the Arhat Name, and after hearing the Dharma, he was very devoted, offering to ten thousand monks every day, and striving for virtue day and night. After that, that Arhat told the story of the Buddha's prophecy. At that time, the relics of King Ajatashatru, originally a large Magadha measure, were buried as treasure under the stupa of Rajagriha, and later grew to the size of six loads. The king took a large pot and built eighty-one thousand stupas with the essence of relics in one day. Some say that one hundred thousand were built. He ordered all regions to offer the stupas with various offerings such as jewels, umbrellas, lamps, incense, etc. He offered to thousands of noble Sangha for six months. Finally, he offered each monk a very valuable robe and prayed that they would attain enlightenment, and signs of accomplishment appeared. Later, he held a grand festival for hundreds of thousands of monks for five years. At another time, he also offered many gold coins and other items to countless monks. In short, in terms of power, wealth, and service to the Sangha, it seems that no other Indian king can compare to this king. This king initially

Initially, he was named "No Sorrow," then "Great Desire No Sorrow," and later he became known as "Dharma King No Sorrow," which was fitting. In the later part of Dhitika's life, while teaching the Dharma to the monks in Kaushambi, the monks of Vaishali were practicing the ten unlawful things. This king, as a patron, had the Second Council conducted by Arhat Name and others. It is said that this occurred about one hundred and ten years after the Buddha's passing. At that time, the venerable Krishnapaksha protected the teachings, and after teaching the Dharma, many attained the four fruits. He went to Simhala and taught the Dharma, establishing many in the four fruits, and propagated the teachings there. Finally, he entrusted the teachings to the venerable Sudarshana and passed into nirvana. Sudarshana continued the lineage of the teachings as before, and went to the southern region, building temples and spreading the Sangha. He also established the tradition of the teachings on many small islands, subduing many non-humans, leading countless beings to maturation and liberation, and then passed into nirvana. In short, Mahakashyapa, Ananda, Shana Vasu, Upagupta, Dhitika, Krishnapaksha, and Mahasudarshana are the seven fundamental lineages of the teachings. These seven did great deeds for the teachings after the Buddha's passing. During the Buddha's lifetime, the first two and Shariputra also did great deeds for the teachings. After No Sorrow passed away, his son Vigatashoka was appointed to the throne. At that time, a bhikshu named Arhat Prakasharakshita appeared and benefited the teachings and many beings. The queen of Vigatashoka's son, a goddess named Shri Siddha, offered to the monks of the four directions, and for three years made many kinds of offerings to all the stupas on the ground. Among the destroyers, a brahmin named Yashasvin built a temple and established a great festival for hundreds of thousands of monks. During the time of King Delightful, a brahmin named Wise appeared. He gathered monks from the four directions and made offerings for seven years. After that, the king of Kashi offered to the monks for many years. During this time, a bhikshu named Nagarjuna appeared and taught the Dharma in a certain way.
