Through this sequence, whoever, even with little effort, will quickly be liberated from ignorance. Therefore, first learn this. Then also listen to the extensive treatises, and for whichever training one has faith in, listen to that treatise from those lamas. This is to say that, for those beginners who are diligent in the place of learning, first, one should combine the correct sounds of ka, etc., with sounds that emerge perfectly from their respective sources. The distinction, combination, and method of combining the prefix, suffix, and root shown here are for the sake of reading, so one must learn them well. As for the combination of the four questions—what do the prefix and suffix that appear in later treatises attach to? What do they attach with? How do they attach? Why do they attach?—it is combined for the sake of listening to the Dharma from the lama, contemplating the meaning oneself, and showing it to others. Therefore, by the power of those branches or instructions, in order to obtain the fruit to be obtained, one must ascertain the meaning of the scriptures. Like this, through this sequence of learning, whichever aspiring person, even without great effort, their wisdom will quickly be liberated from delusion. Therefore, those who wish to be wise should first learn this sequence of learning mentioned above, and then also listen to the extensive grammar treatises, and for whichever of the three trainings—ethics, samadhi, and wisdom—one has faith in, listen to that treatise from those lamas. The meaning of the "sound" mentioned above refers to ka, etc., and the way to combine the four vowels with them. For example, ka'i gugu ki, ka'i zhabkyu ku, ka'i drengbu ke, ka'i naro ko, etc., and ga with ca below, gca'i zhabkyu gcu, gcu with ga gchugs, etc., learn the sounds through these. However, the way to read the sounds is not entirely fixed; ka gi gu ki, etc., and ka ya dag kya, etc., gca zhabkyu gcu, ga zhag gchugs, etc., because various pronunciations of one's own dialect will arise. The fourth is: Holding the teacher as genuine, completely abandoning laziness and distraction, relying on good intention and faith, that person will quickly realize.

在印度有四大语言,其中在梵语中,这部论典的名称是Byākaraṇa Liṅgāvatāra Nāma(藏文:བྱཱ་ཀ་ར་ཎ་ལིངྒཱ་བ་ཏཱ་ར་ནཱ་མ་,梵文天城体:व्याकरण लिङ्गावतार नाम,梵文罗马拟音:vyākaraṇa liṅgāvatāra nāma,汉语字面意思:声明 标志 进入 名称),因此,它在藏语中被翻译为《入文法相》,其他部分保持不变,Liṅga(藏文:ལིངྒ་,梵文天城体:लिङ्ग,梵文罗马拟音:liṅga,汉语字面意思:标志)是“标志”,Āvatāra(藏文:ཨཱ་བ་ཏཱ་ར་,梵文天城体:अवतार,梵文罗马拟音:avatāra,汉语字面意思:进入)是“进入”。第二

Therefore, one should instruct at the appropriate time. The other case is the opposite of this. That is, when a beginner studies this treatise, they should regard the teacher as fundamental without arrogance, and completely abandon laziness and distraction, and enter with diligence, like a good vessel, that is, the color or nature of the vessel is good, with a radiant mind. A person who relies on faith will quickly realize the meaning. This is because they possess the intention to always be happy to enter into study, and the diligence of reverence in entering with faith. Therefore, for such a fortunate person, one should instruct at the appropriate time. Contrary to what was said earlier, the other lazy person should be treated with indifference in a manner opposite to the teaching method described earlier. Alternatively, the opposite of this should be explained as the opposite of a lazy person. However, in my opinion, the so-called "other" refers to the opposite side of the lazy and unbelieving person mentioned earlier, and "the opposite of this" indicates the opposite side of the previous explanation method. In this case, the meaning of the sentence "Having said so, from this place, may all beings realize it as such" does not appear in the commentary of Zhalu Chenpo, so I think that the Khenpo's treatise does not recognize this sentence, while Namlingpa considers it a prayer. The third is, The Root of Grammar, Thirty Verses, composed by Teacher Anu, is complete. What is said here is easy to understand. Anu, some people think it is the father's name, but if it is used as the teacher's own name, if it is a Chinese transliteration, then the meaning of "subsequently" can be obtained, and if it is Tibetan, then I think it should be used as a surname or dialect. The above is an explanation of the meaning of the words of the Thirty Verses. Second, regarding the 'Suffixes', there are three: the meaning of the introduction, the meaning of the main text, and the meaning of the conclusion. The first part has three: name, translation homage, and praise. First, what is the name of this treatise? There is one. In India, there are four major languages, among which in Sanskrit, the name of this treatise is Byākaraṇa Liṅgāvatāra Nāma (藏文:བྱཱ་ཀ་ར་ཎ་ལིངྒཱ་བ་ཏཱ་ར་ནཱ་མ་,梵文天城体:व्याकरण लिङ्गावतार नाम,梵文罗马拟音:vyākaraṇa liṅgāvatāra nāma,汉语字面意思:Declaration, Sign, Entrance, Name), therefore, it is translated into Tibetan as 'Introduction to Grammar', the other parts remain the same, Liṅga (藏文:ལིངྒ་,梵文天城体:लिङ्ग,梵文罗马拟音:liṅga,汉语字面意思:Sign) is "sign", and Āvatāra (藏文:ཨཱ་བ་ཏཱ་ར་,梵文天城体:अवतार,梵文罗马拟音:avatāra,汉语字面意思:Entrance) is "entrance". Second
