Because there are three samādhis called "That," such as the wishlessness of wishlessness and the signlessness of signlessness. They have their own nature, the first two are successively the emptiness of the continuum of the non-learner, which is established as focusing on impermanence. The signless samādhi is the unexamined cessation, that is, the peaceful aspect of entering into samādhi by focusing on the cessation of individual non-examination, and because it is contaminated. These dharmas have a basis, because there is where they manifest, because they will manifest among humans. They have who manifests them, because they are manifested by the immovable dharma. The above dharmas have what is included by the eleven grounds, because they exist in the desire realm and the special dhyana and the eight main practices of the form realm, except for the last seven near-divisions, as appropriate. The fourth is, the first virtuous dhyana is, practicing the bliss-changing samādhi. Eye's direct perception sees change desire, diligence-born wisdom distinguishes, Vajra-like meditation's edge, whoever that is becomes exhausted of outflows. Thus it is said. Furthermore, the four samādhis such as the samādhi of dwelling in bliss in the present dharma, these dharmas have a way of establishing them, practicing the first virtuous dhyana is practicing the samādhi of bliss-changing in the present dharma, practicing the direct perception of the divine eye and the corresponding wisdom is practicing the samādhi of seeing change, and practicing the subsequent mental direct perception and the corresponding wisdom is practicing the samādhi of knowing change, therefore it is also considered that combining the two is also like that. All the contaminated and uncontaminated qualities arising from diligent effort, wisdom distinguishes, that is, practicing the increasing samādhi is extreme wisdom distinction, and relying on the fourth edge of the Vajra-like samādhi, that is the reason for the samādhi of becoming exhausted of outflows. Relying on the qualities of the fourth, there are immeasurable and, liberation and subjugation and exhaustion and their ways of obtaining and the five dependencies. The first is, immeasurable is four, because of harmful mind and other fierce reasons.

Loving-kindness without hatred, compassion also, the joy of the mind is called joy, equanimity is the aspect of non-attachment, alas, may all beings be happy, free from suffering and equal, the object of the desire realm beings, joy is in the two dhyanas, the others are in six places, some say five places, although they do not completely abandon it, they can purify the non-virtuous, they can generate these three in the non-virtuous. Thus it is said. Immeasurable is the dharma, in terms of the object, there are four, namely, loving-kindness, compassion, joy, and equanimity, there are four immeasurables. This has meaning, focusing on immeasurable sentient beings, and the fruit also has immeasurable benefits. This dharma is definitely four, because it is the antidote to harm such as hatred, as well as not liking the prosperity of others, greed, hatred and other afflictions. The essence is that loving-kindness and compassion are the goodness of non-hatred, joy is the joy of the mind, and equanimity is the nature of non-attachment. These four have aspects, may all beings be happy, such intention is loving-kindness, may all beings be free from suffering, this is compassion, may all beings always be happy, such intention is joy, may all beings be equal, such intention is equanimity. These four have an object, because their object is sentient beings in the desire realm. This dharma, where there is or is not a difference, joy is immeasurable in the first two dhyanas, the other three immeasurables are in the six dhyanas. Some say that there are five dhyanas, meaning that there are four fundamental dhyanas and one near-division dhyana. Although these four immeasurables cannot eliminate hatred, etc., it is said that they are the antidote, this dharma has a necessity, because it is the antidote to them, and can harm them, so it is established as the antidote. This dharma, from what is born, is born in the non-virtuous. This dharma has a corresponding reason, that is, except for joy, the rest is one and corresponding.
