Thereafter, it is obtained at the time of subsequent knowledge, but not obtained at the time of Dharma knowledge. Conventional wisdom, is the subject, is called arising from the edge of direct realization, because the truth arises at the time of subsequent knowledge of that direct realization. The conventional wisdom of the three subsequent knowledges is the subject, it will not manifest, because it is the subject of the future not being born. The conventional wisdom of subsequent knowledge, is the subject, on which ground does it depend to be obtained? Because it depends on its own ground and the lower ground on which the path of seeing depends to be obtained. Those three conventional wisdoms, are the subject, in what way are the mindfulnesses established? The conventional wisdom arising from the edge of cessation is the Dharma mindfulness, and the remaining two can establish the four mindfulnesses. Those three, are the subject, have object aspects, because they have the object aspects of their respective truths. That is, is the subject, it arises from effort, because it arises from the subsequent knowledge of the direct realization of their respective truths. Secondly, what is obtained on the path of meditation is: the sixteenth moment with attachment obtains six, and seven by being separated from desire. The one above that with attachment, obtains seven on the path of meditation. Surpassing the seven grounds, manifest knowledge and immovability are obtained, diligently practicing the uninterrupted path and the eight liberation paths of the superior, on the liberation path of learning and practicing, six and seven knowledges are obtained, or six are obtained on the uninterrupted path, similarly, nine are also obtained on the summit of existence manifest, immovability obtains ten. There, also at the last of transference liberation. It is said. For the noble one with attachment in the desire realm, when you abide in the subsequent knowledge of the sixteenth path, you will obtain six knowledges, because you obtain the two subsequent Dharma knowledges and the four truths knowledges, these six. For the noble one separated from attachment in the desire realm, you will obtain seven at that time, because you obtain the previous six plus the mind knowledge, a total of seven. The meditator above that with attachment, how do you obtain it? Because before separating from attachment, when abiding on the path of meditation, you will obtain the three knowledges of Dharma knowledge, subsequent knowledge, conventional knowledge, and the four knowledges of the four truths, a total of seven. The four dhyanas and the first three of the formless realms obtain seven.

Those who have overcome afflictions, and the five superknowledges, and the uninterrupted paths for attaining them, and the first of the eight liberations from the upper summit of existence, are also dharmas. They have attained seven knowledges, because they have attained the seven knowledges just mentioned. The unmoving one with the capacity for discernment, is a dharma, being in the uninterrupted path for attaining them, and the two who are in the uninterrupted path of diligently cultivating meditation to increase cultivation, are dharmas. You also attain nine and seven knowledges, because the former attains the seven knowledges of dharma-knowledge, subsequent-knowledge, the four truths, and exhaustion-knowledge, and the latter attains the seven knowledges of cessation-path, dharma-knowledge, subsequent-knowledge, the four truths, and conventional-knowledge. The eight liberation paths in the upper summit of existence that have abandoned attachment are dharmas. You also attain seven knowledges, because you have attained dharma-knowledge, subsequent-knowledge, the four truths, and mind-knowledge. Being in the liberation path of a trainee with attachment who is training the faculties, is a dharma. You attain six knowledges, because you have attained the six knowledges of dharma-knowledge, subsequent-knowledge, and the four truths. Such a one who has abandoned attachment, is a dharma, you are able to attain seven knowledges, because on top of the previous six, you have attained the seventh knowledge of mind-knowledge. The noble one who is in the uninterrupted path of a trainee training the faculties, and likewise the one who is in the uninterrupted path of overcoming afflictions at the summit of existence, are also dharmas. They each attain six knowledges, because they attain dharma-knowledge, subsequent-knowledge, and the four truths. The one who is in the ninth liberation path of the summit of existence, exhaustion-knowledge, is a dharma. They have attained nine knowledges, because they have attained the nine knowledges except for unborn-knowledge. The unmoving one with sharp faculties, and the unmoving one with realization, and the two who are in the final ninth liberation path of transferring faculties there, are also dharmas. They have attained ten knowledges, because they have also attained unborn-knowledge. The third is, it is said in the scriptures: "In the remainder of what has been said, eight are attained." In the remainder of what has been said, in the desire realm, the ninth liberation path that has abandoned attachment, and the superknowledges, and the three that increase cultivation, are dharmas. They have attained eight knowledges each, because they have each attained eight knowledges except for exhaustion-knowledge and unborn-knowledge. The second is, in which ground how many knowledges are attained: Whatever ground is attained in order to abandon attachment, in that ground also the lower ground is attained. Exhaustion-knowledge
