Prophecy. Death and birth and excellent differences. Like self and other, etc. That's what it says. Here the question is, you have four: one is to prophesy in a summary way, two is to prophesy separately, three is to prophesy through questioning, and four is questions that should be set aside. The first case is, if you ask whether these beings will die, then it should be prophesied that they will die. The second case is, if you ask whether beings are born from afflictions, then it should be prophesied separately that those with afflictions are born under their control, while those who have abandoned afflictions are not born. The third case is, if you ask whether this person is inferior or excellent, then you should ask back in relation to what, if you say in relation to the gods, then it is inferior, if you say in relation to the evil realms, then it is excellent. The fourth case is, when thinking about whether the aggregates etc. are from self or from non-self etc., when questioning about the self of the person as the basis of the distinction, it is like not giving an answer and should be set aside. The reason is that since there is no self of the person, the self established there is neither one nor different from the aggregates. Fifth, when distinguishing from the way of having subtle and gross in the three times, there are four points: the object of subtle and gross, the way of having the three times or the explanation of its classification, the difference between abandonment and non-abandonment, and the detailed explanation of the object of the mind. The first point, there are two: afflictions with definite objects and afflictions with indefinite objects. The first is: past and near-present desire, and anger and pride, etc., for whom, they arise and are not abandoned, things are in accordance with him. Those future of consciousness, all and others' own time, for all of the unborn. That's what it says. Past and present near-present desire, anger and pride, etc., in terms of dharma, you for whom, after you arise until you have not abandoned, the person who has that self-continuum corresponding to the object of desire etc. corresponds, because it is the affliction defined by oneself. The three of desire, anger, and pride that arise in the consciousness aggregate of consciousness, in terms of dharma, you take the future three times as the object.

It enables to possess all objects of focus, and does not abandon where it is born. Because the object of consciousness is the three times. The root consciousness other than consciousness and the afflictions of its retinue, the dharma nature is: You can make the realm of time that is simultaneous with yourself, only each is complete, because the future is with the future, and so the present and the past are also complete. The name root consciousness etc. of the nature of non-birth, the dharma nature is: It can make all things of the three times complete, because it is manifested and tends to focus on those three realms. Second, the rest are all complete with everything. It is said like this. The rest of them, all views, doubts, and ignorance, the dharma nature is: You are complete with all things of the three times, because they are born and not abandoned, and are called the general collection of afflictions. Third, the reason why the three times are established as real. The establishment of the three times. Here, the Sutra masters say the breaking and establishing, and the reason why the Vaibhashika masters answer, etc. First, there are two proofs of scripture and reason. First, it is said that all times exist. It is said like this. The three times, the dharma nature is: In all forms, they are real, because the Bhagavan said: Monks, if the past form does not exist, etc., it is said that you are real. Second, because there is a realm of two, because of the result. All those who say that they exist want to say that they exist. It is said like this. Not only the present, but the past and future are both, the dharma nature is: It is real, because there is an object of consciousness that is focused on you two, and because the past karma is seen to produce results. The Sarvastivadins want to say that the three times are real, because they want to say that they are real, which is what the Kashmiris say. Second, they, the four aspects, things and nature, stages change differently. The third is good, with deeds, establish all times. It is said like this. According to the Sarvastivada school, there is also a reason to think of them as four kinds, things change into others, such as nature, stages, and before and after, others and others change, because there are four who say this. The first is the school of Venerable Dharmatrāta.
