Not having obtained and not having manifested is because it does not possess the present but possesses the other two. The undefiled discipline of the noble ones has a way of possessing because the first moment does not possess the past non-form, but possesses the future, similar to meditative absorption. The undefiled discipline of meditative absorption included in the ground, abiding in equipoise on the noble path, is twofold, having a way of possessing: it simultaneously possesses the present non-form, but when arising from equipoise, it does not possess it. The second is: In the intermediate state: If it exists, the first is the intermediate; thereafter, time is both. Non-discipline abides in virtue, and discipline abides in non-virtue. Non-form possessing as long as strength and afflictions are powerful. It says. The ethics abiding in the intermediate state have a way of possessing: your continuum possesses, but it is not universally possessed by non-form. If it exists, until it is not abandoned, initially it only possesses the present of the three times, and after the initial time, it possesses both the present and the past. Abiding in non-discipline possesses virtuous non-form, and abiding in discipline possesses non-virtuous non-form, having a way of possessing: although it is not certain to exist, if it exists, when a non-disciplined person prostrates, if that person is very devout, then they possess virtuous non-form, and a disciplined person, possessing strong afflictive power, commits killing etc., then they possess non-virtuous form, and it exists as long as they abide in those actions. The second is the way of possessing form. Form is in all, for those who act, they possess the present, until not abandoned, it is a moment, thereafter there is no past or future. What has been accomplished and what has not been obscured, also do not possess the past. It says. Form, having a special way of possessing, the form of discipline and non-discipline and the intermediate, for those who perform bodily and verbal actions, universally possess the present, and having obtained it, they possess it until not abandoned, after the first moment they possess the past, but do not possess the future. Because, the form of discipline is not abandoned by the deterioration of learning etc., non-discipline is not abandoned by taking discipline, and the intermediate is not abandoned by faith etc.

Because it is established as having been abandoned. Obscured and unobscured, unspecified dharmas, they are not only not in accordance with the future, but also not in accordance with the past, because they are extremely weak. It is pervasive, because the dharma is weak, so the attainment is also weak, so it cannot follow and connect. Third, the categories of non-discipline are: Non-discipline and evil deeds, and, wrong livelihood is its path. Appears. Non-discipline dharma, there are differences in names, namely: non-discipline of body and speech not being protected, and, evil deeds condemned by the noble ones, and, wrong livelihood of the opposite of morality, and, the action of body and speech, the nature of karma, and, the place where consciousness enters is summarized as the path of that karma. That dharma, only exists in the desire realm, not in the upper realm, because there is no intention there. Fourth, examining doubts through the four-fold gate is: Because the mind in the intermediate state is weak, if it acts, it is only connected with discernment. Discernment is abandoned and unborn, the noble person is not discernment. Appears. Knowable dharma, there are four possibilities in whether discernment is present or absent, connected or not connected, namely: only having discernment and not being connected with non-discernment, and the opposite of that, and being connected with both, and not being connected with both. The reason for this is that, for those who have not previously attained non-discernment, in the intermediate state of discipline and non-discipline, because the mind is weak, if one does good or bad that is not born from the path of karma and objects, then the first is only connected with discernment, and, the noble person who has abandoned the discernment of the previous life and the discernment of the next life is the second non-discernment, and, the newly ordained monk is the third, and, the ordinary person without form is the fourth. The third and fourth are established, because at that time they are connected with both discernment being present or absent, and, because there is no form in the formless. The reason for the second attainment is: the cause on which it depends, and, the basis on which it depends. First, in, the discipline of meditation without outflows, and, individual liberation, on what cause do the two attainments depend? The first is: Born from meditation, of meditation, the nature of the ground attains the outflowless, that noble one. Appears. The discipline of meditation and outflowless, you two have the reason for attainment. First, the discipline of that which is born from meditation is
