Now, the Dharma. Three ways of classifying other dharmas by inclusion. First, three dharmas included by form. Three dharmas included by other than form and mind. Three dharmas included by mind, there are three in total. First, the nature of the form aggregate, and the two ways of establishing the decline of aggregates and the birth place derived from it. First, there are two: brief instruction and detailed explanation. The first is: Form is the five faculties and objects, five and non-discriminating nature. Thus it is said. This has two aspects: the meaning of the words and the marginal analysis. The first is: the five faculties of eye, ear, nose, tongue, and body, and the five objects of form, sound, smell, taste, and touch, and the eleven dharmas that are non-discriminating form, are the form aggregate, because in the realm of consciousness, they appear as uncollected forms. Therefore, that which can become form is the characteristic of the form aggregate. The sutra says: Monks, there is form, and because it can become form, therefore it is called the aggregate of form that is taken up. Thus it is said. Second, some say that being able to become form is not the characteristic of the form aggregate, because it is known as the characteristic of form. There is no fault, because no matter what is done, there is no contradiction. Some say that this is not reasonable, because the meaning of aggregate is the meaning of accumulation, and merely being able to become form does not fulfill the meaning of aggregate. This is not pervasive. Some say that this should not be the characteristic of form, because if it is certain that it can become form, it must also be certain that it is form. Second, the explanation of the five faculties, the five objects, and the non-discriminating form, there are three. The first is: These are the support of the various consciousnesses, the eye and so on are form and harmonious. Thus it appears. This has two aspects: the meaning of the words and the marginal analysis. The first is: the eye and so on are the support of those various consciousnesses, your way of establishing exists, because the respective results of the eye faculty and so on, the non-common dominant condition of each consciousness, exist in the internal form and harmonious ones that belong to that category, is the nature or characteristic of the self-faculty form possessor, because the sutra says: Monks, the eye is the internal birthplace, the four great elements are the cause, it is form and harmonious. Thus it is said. There is a reason for mentioning the lineage, because that similar root

Because it is for the sake of summarizing. There is a need to mention "etc.", because it is for the sake of summarizing the four senses of ear, nose, tongue, and body. It has the characteristic of being concise, because from the colored and distinct one within the basis of eye consciousness, which is the nature of the eye sense, to the colored and distinct one within the basis of body consciousness, which is the nature of the body sense. If classified, there are two, because there are two types of senses: those that are the same and those that have a basis. These two have their own differences, because the first is like the sense during sleep, and the second is the sense when looking at forms, etc. Regarding the second, some argue that the eye sense, etc., are not unmanifested forms, because they are manifested forms. The reason for this is that the eye sense is like a saffron flower, the ear sense is like a twisted and cut barley, the nose sense is like an inserted needle, the tongue sense is like a half-moon, and the body sense is a special feature that pervades the parts of the body. If that is the case, then it should be manifested. The reason for the first is that the Vaibhashikas believe so. Some say it is not pervasive. The reason for the latter is that the visible thing like a saffron flower in the middle of the eye can be manifested in front of the eye's field. Some say it is not pervasive, so it needs to be examined. It cannot be assumed in the root, because in the treatise of the master Vasubandhu, the colored and distinct ones within the five senses are said to be unmanifested. The second is: Form has two and twenty aspects, sound has eight aspects, taste has six, smell has four, and touch has eleven natures. This is said. This has two aspects: word meaning and marginal examination. The first is: Form aggregate, you have a characteristic, because the object of eye consciousness is that. That form aggregate, if you classify it from the root, there are two types, because there are the color and shape that are its nature. That dharma, if you classify it from the branches, there are twenty types, because there are twelve colors and eight shapes. The first is established, because there are four root colors and eight branch colors. That
