I am the object of perception of consciousness. Among them, fundamentally speaking, there are six types: sweet, sour, spicy, astringent, salty, and alkaline. In terms of branches, there are thirty-six types such as the sweetness of sweetness. Each one has one hundred and eight flavors that benefit the tongue consciousness, body consciousness, and body and mind. Among them, sweetness is like the taste of honey, brown sugar, rock candy, etc. Sourness is like sour fruit, etc. Alkalinity is salt, which is now called "ཚར་". Spiciness is the three types of spiciness. Bitterness is like Sophora flavescens, etc. Astringency is like the three tastes of Terminalia chebula. Among them, like Terminalia chebula, it is the earth element. Its color and shape are the source of form. Its astringent taste is the source of taste, which needs to be understood in detail. The source of touch is the object of perception of body consciousness. Among them, there are four elements and seven derived elements, a total of eleven. The seven derived elements are smooth, rough, heavy, light, hunger, thirst, and cold touch. The difference between heavy and light is that what can be measured with a scale is heavy, and what cannot be measured is light. Hunger is the desire to eat due to the power of wind. Thirst is the desire to drink due to the fire element, a touch that arises within the body. The desire to eat and the desire to drink are not hunger and thirst, because the two desires are consciousness, so they cannot be touch. Similarly, smooth, rough, cold, etc. are touch, and what feels them is consciousness. Although earth etc. are not colors, because we see the color of earth and water etc., we can say that we see earth and water etc. As it is said in the Abhidharmakośa, "In worldly parlance, color and shape are called earth." Because of this. If those are not earth etc., then how can seeing those be said to be seeing earth etc.? There is no contradiction in this. For example, a person's head etc. is not a person, but seeing those can be said to be seeing a person. Therefore, white earth is earth, is white, is not white, etc., and a white horse is a horse, is white, but is not white, etc., can also represent other things. Similarly, a square earth is earth, is square, but is not square. If it is square, it must be a shape, so it must be derived. If it is earth, it must be one of the four elements.

It also applies to things like that. Furthermore, a black person, although a black person, is not black, because if it were black, it would have to be a color. A black person is a person, so it cannot be a form. This distinction should be made. Do not confuse all the bases of difference and characteristics of difference as one without distinction. Some people say that the hair of a white horse is a color, which is due to not understanding, because a distinction must be made between hair and the color of hair, because hair is colored. Therefore, it is important to distinguish between color and colored, shape and shaped, otherwise all knowledge will become flat. Non-revealing form is a form that, like the revealing form of body and speech, does not reveal motivation, such as the second moment of individual liberation vows, and the vows of meditation and non-outflow. Among them, consciously moving the body, etc., is the revealing form of the body, and verbal expression is the revealing form of speech, while non-revealing form is not actually performing actions of body and speech, but rather a form of good or non-good arises in the continuum due to the power of the mind's desire to do good or non-good. Furthermore, that form has three types: visible and obstructive, invisible and obstructive, and invisible and non-obstructive. Colors, shapes, and revealing forms are those that can be pointed out because they can be pointed out in the field of vision of the eye, so they are visible, and they obstruct other forms, so they are obstructive. The five sense faculties of the eye, etc., and the four of sound, smell, taste, and touch, although they cannot be pointed out in the field of vision of the eye, they obstruct places, etc., so they are invisible and obstructive. Non-revealing forms like vows, because they do not exist like the former, are invisible and non-obstructive. Furthermore, it has three types: good, etc. The two, form and sound, the seven realms of consciousness, and the ten realms of phenomena each have three types: good, non-good, and neutral. The five sense faculties of the eye, etc., and the eight of smell, taste, and touch, are definitely only neutral, and there are no two, good and non-good. Second, the aggregate of feeling is the mental aggregate that experiences pleasure, pain, and neutrality in whatever way is appropriate, and from the perspective of its essence, there are three feelings: pleasure, pain, and equanimity.
