Because it is the power of wisdom to enter unhindered into the nine samādhis and all purifications. What is the eighth power, that dharma, is said to be the power of wisdom to remember previous abodes, as long as ignorance exists, it exists in beginningless saṃsāra, in the past, how many sentient beings of saṃsāra of myself and each other sentient being, then remember based on that many infinite sentient beings, including the cause, from this place to here, for all these including the place, it is the wisdom to enter unhindered. The ninth power, dharma, is considered to be the wisdom of knowing the death and birth of the boundless realm, the death and birth of each sentient being, existing in the world at the edge of space, the many things decorated by the craftsmen of various karmas, at that time, it is placed there in a way that wisdom enters unhindered with complete purity. The tenth power, dharma, is considered to be the power of wisdom to know the exhaustion of afflictions of the boundless realm, all omniscient ones quickly destroy all afflictions to be abandoned with power, including habits, destroy from the root, that is, subdue, disciples śrāvakas etc. abandon afflictions with uncontaminated wisdom, that is, abandon, for that, it is the ultimate wisdom that wisdom enters unhindered. Those powers do not contradict the way of knowing the realm, because with just one power one can directly know all realms. Therefore, those are also distinguished by name only from the opposite aspect of different realms, but these ten do not contradict each other, because those are established as equally pervasive. In the learning stage, simultaneous and successive are contradictory, but in the Buddha-ground, those two are not contradictory, there, the two wisdoms of knowing as it is and knowing as many are not contradictory, and are established as the same essence, similarly, the two wisdoms of simultaneous and successive are also the same essence, only the opposite is different. The wisdom of the Buddha knows all dharmas in one instant, but any dharma does not need to be established simultaneously, because the meaning of the time of knowing and the time of establishing are different.

For this reason. Therefore, although today's time can see everything in the past and future, none of the past and future needs to be accomplished in today's time. If that were required, it would become too excessive. The third reason is: Even the Buddha himself finds it difficult to fully describe all the Buddha's qualities, let alone others. Just like this, knowable things, the entirety of the Buddha's qualities cannot be completely described. Because even disciples including Shravakas, Pratyekabuddhas, and Bodhisattvas, starting to describe the Buddha's qualities, describing, describing, they cannot completely and perfectly describe the Buddha's qualities, which are as limitless as the sky, but will retreat from completely describing them. For example, a garuda flies, flies in the realm of the sky, but because there is no sky there, that lord of birds will not retreat. But here, flying, flying, one day it will exhaust its own strength and return, just like that. How can commentators like me know and describe all these qualities of you, Buddha? No, because of the reasons mentioned above. Even so, after eliminating doubts, I have said a little from the collection of qualities, and there is a reason for this, because those qualities are based on what the noble Nagarjuna said. The fourth reason is: Knowable things, the qualities of the Buddha mentioned here can be summarized into two qualities. The profound is attributed to the Dharmakaya of emptiness, and the other qualities belong to the vast aspect. Those profound and vast ways, Dharma, what merit will you gain by practicing through understanding? By doing so, you will gain these merits as described above. The third is, the Buddha Bhagavan, for the benefit of common beings to be tamed, manifests various emanations. Although you have attained the Dharmakaya, you still possess a body that does not waver from that Dharmakaya, you descend into the three realms such as underground, and the emanations show descending from Tushita, as well as birth, and the means of Bodhi Nirvana, and also turn the wheel of Dharma.
